Is the ET Council 2015 ecology cleanup a prelude to 2025 ‘Paradise on Earth’?

In an exclusive ExopoliticsTV interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre on Dec. 27, 2010, Spanish author and artist Francisca Blazquez reveals her prediction that the reported 2015 cleanup of the Earth’s ecology by a regional galactic governance council is part of a sequenced preparation for the landing of enlightened unity consciousness in 2023 (‘Sophia/Christ consciousness’) and an objective condition of ‘Paradise on Earth’ in 2025.

In an exclusive, in-depth interview on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred Lambremont Webre, now deceased former NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham stated that a regional galactic governance authority, (the ‘Council of 8’) made a dramatic decision in January 2010 to put aside the law of non-intervention.

Mr. Fulham reported that the regional galactic governance council (led by Alpha Centaurians, Pleiadians, Sirians and other civilizations) decided to intervene with their technology to clean Earth’s atmosphere before an environmental collapse occurs on Earth, as has happened on many other inhabited planets with civilizations similar to our own.

This cleanup of the Earth’s atmosphere will, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, commence in 2015 (if not before) after a 2014 speech at the United Nations by the Council of 8’s Pleiadian representatives.  It is likely that the 2015 United Nations will be a transformed organization from that which exists as of this writing in 2010.

A larger Universal plan

Ms. Blazquez’ information, if it proves to be correct, places the 2015 predicted environmental cleanup by the galactic governance council within the context of a larger Universal, multi-dimensional plan. 

In this larger context, the extraterrestrial intervention is a component of a plan to facilitate the full access by Earthling humanity of ‘enlightened unity consciousness’ by the year 2023.

Scientist Dr. Carl Johann Calleman of the University of Washington stated in an Exopolitics Radio interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre that after October 28, 2011, “the universal alternating energy wave movements end, and Earth is set on a gradual setting of a potential to reach advanced utopian planet status – a virtual ‘Garden of Eden’.” 

According to Dr. Calleman, these waves of enlightened unity consciousness emanate from the singularity or dimensional portal at the core of our Universe, and are distributed throughout our galaxy through the galactic singularity – the interdimensional portal of the galactic center black hole the Mayans called Hunab Ku. 

Our human minds are radiated in these waves of enlightened unity consciousness, which we are free to internalize.

Dr. Calleman's hypothesis provides a scientific basis for Ms. Blazquez dimensional information as to the 2023 and 2025 follow-on phases of the galactic governance council’s reported 2015 ecological cleanup.
