On Oct 14, 2010, the day after the reported Oct 13, 2010 UFO decloakings over New York City and other areas of the world (as predicted by a former NORAD officer), Dr. Mazian Othman, Director of the UN Outer Space Office, held a press conference at UN headquarters in New York and candidly and spoke her mind on the extraterrestrial presence and extraterrestrial contact.
