UFO machinery with gun-turret over military base?

Is this the secret war between aliens and US govenment William Cooper, Phil Schneider and others spoke out about decades ago?

CGI, US hardware or an alien craft?

I can´t say much about, if this is real or made up. The video quality is quite bad in youtube´s flash format *.flv (12 frames per second instead of the full 30 frames), and don´t give the best conditions for a video analysis. Anyway, for me, the way it looks, looks NEW. I haven´t seen a UFO like this one on video before, this is totally new to me. A robot-like warcraft or something? It looks like a big robot with two “arms” (like the torso of a Lego man, but not exactly with the original Lego shapes) and a gun-turret at the bottom. It is metallic and have a glow around it. There is an increase of glow on some spots on the fuselage. The UFO it self, lights up by it self in the nightsky. There are no sign of light sources from spotlight/searchlight on the ground. Before camera zooms in, you have a chance to sense the distance to the UFO. It seem genuine to me, but you decide :)
