Dr. Cristian Negureanu is a well known author and has published books since 1989! His work is well documented, very serious and he offers the readers innovating works of a great interest today.  The Sumerian writings records that the Anunnaki/Elohim/Gods, the inhabitants of the Planet of the Kingdom, used not only aircrafts but also "sunken boats", i.e. submarines. There are also noticed the gods aboard some tight capsules landing in the Mesopotamian area.
On these events, Z. Sitchin wrote in "The Twelfth Planet" the following:
"One text dealing with Istar's divine journeys quotes her as seeking to reach 'the Great Gallu' (Chief Navigator) who had gone away, 'in a sunken boat'.
Berossus transmitted legends regarding Oannes, the 'Being Endowed with Reason,' a god who made his appearance from 'the Erythraean sea' which bordered on Babylonia, in the first year of the descent of Kingship from Heaven (the penultimate time the planet Eris/Nibiru came close to Earth, 7.200 years ago - A/N).
The historiographer reported that though Oannes looked like a fish, he had a human head under the fish's head, and had feet like a man under the fish's tail. 'His voice too and language were articulate and human'".
The Bible, mainly the Book of Jonah, relates about the presence of such a "sunken boat" named in the language of those times, "a giant fish".
Jonah spent three days and three nights inside the submarine and also gave us a very good description of the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea, probably the first in the history of the seas and oceans exploration.
The action through which Jonah had to enter into the submarine was realized by the Anunnaki/Elohim under the direct command of Yahweh/Anu and started by changing the meteorogical conditions, because Jonah had previously failed to go to Niniveh and instead he had taken a boat from the Tarshish harbor and headed to another direction:
