Dr. John (Jack) Kasher, a professor of physics and astromony at the
University of Nebraska at Omaha, said, "Mainstream physics is
considering time travel as a possibility. It is no longer simply being
regarded as a fringe concept." Kasher has done research at the Lawrence
Livermore Laboratories and acted as a consultant to NASA.
while Kasher takes a cautious approach to the idea of time travel,
another Nebraska native seems to have actually built a time-traveling
device. Steve Gibbs of Clearwater invented the Hyper Dimensional
Resonator - a machine he claims can be used not only for out-of-body
time travel, but for physical time travel as well. But the latter feat
can be accomplished only if the device is activated over a natural or
artificial grip point.
Gibbs' device works like a radionics machine. After the unit has been
connected to a 100-volt outlet, the dials on it are tuned radionically
for a year, month, and day one wishes to visit. This done while the
time coils are positioned around the head.
when the unit is activated, the electromagnet is then placed over the
solar plexus for three minutes. Then after the treatment is completed,
the unit is de-activated and the time coils removed. The subject finds
a comfortable place to relax in orddor for the enegeries to take
effect. If everything has been done correctly, he or she will be
projected into the desired time frame.
"My device puts out extra-low (ELF) frequencies which raise the level
of human consciouness," Gibbs explained. "It puts out 7-1/2 hertz
cycles per second or 64 million cycles per second and allows you to see
into other times and dimensions.
"Everything is in resonance. The AC field is in resonance with the DC
field and this opens a doorway to the portal of time. Brain waves
oscillate at 7.8 hertz cycles per second and this is the frequency that
creates altered mental states. But there is more involved in this than
just perception," Gibbs cautioned.
Gibbs said his device is not much different from the one used to the
U.S.S. Eldridge in the Philadelphia Experiment. "They just used
Einstein's unified field equation and positioned the ship over a grip
field," he said. "They wanted to make the ship invisible but they got
more than they bargained for. I've been told that they opened a doorway
to 1983 from 1943. A group of people were waiting for them and that
reception party was supposed to close the doorway and destroy any proof
of what happened."
Simply finding a grid point is not enough. Time travelers also need to
know the exact time the grid will activate and this happens within a
time frame of two or three hours. However, all grids activate on the
full moon.
What's the scientific basis for his device? "Time interweaves with
thought and this is the basis of creation," Gibbs explained. "God
brought thought into physical reality and man added. The universe is
like a giant hologram. Although it is real, this can be altered by
mental states."
"Thought times tuning equals resonance. And resonace times resonance
equals time. This is the universal equation. When a unit is in
resonance and also in resonance with a grid point, this opens a doorway
to the past or the future," he said.
