A Warning By Aliens
|
After three hours of driving, during which they encountered no traffic, Peter and his wife were surprised to see a very bright light ahead of them, apparently on the road they were driving on. At first all they could make out was the bright orange/yellow light, but as they drew closer, they discerned a distinct shape, courtesy of the bright light which seemed to come from the shape itself. As they drew even closer, there was no mistaking what they saw - it was a saucer shaped vehicle parked right in the center of the road. Peter now observed further details on this vehicle. It had blue and red lights that rotated slowly at the edge of the saucer. Port holes were also observed on the vehicle. Peter stopped his car immediately, and grabbed his camera which was in his glove compartment.
Ignoring his wife's screams to not leave the car, Peter ran closer to the saucer with his camera in his hand. He stopped at a respectable distance though and started taking photographs of the saucer. He had taken about a dozen shots when he noticed the rotating red and blue lights start to rotate faster. The next thing he knew was watching the saucer lift up - slowly at first, and then disappear into the night sky with an unbelievable burst of acceleration. Peter returned to the car and waited for about ten more minutes before continuing the journey to Geraldton. He placed the camera at the rear dash board of the car, thinking that he will get the film processed the first thing Monday morning when the shops reopened after the weekend.
Peter, together with his wife and kids attended the fair in Geraldton the next day. He forgot for the moment, about the camera on the rear dashboard. Everyone enjoyed themselves at the fair. There were a variety of games for the kids to play as well as delicious food priced very reasonably. They returned to the car after about three hours at the fair. One of his kids reached the car first and started screaming, "Dad, dad, come here quick." When he rushed to the car, Peter found his kid staring at something on the rear dashboard of the vehicle.
What Peter saw turned his blood cold. For there, where his camera once rested was a lump of melted metal. The dash on which the camera rested did not show any burn marks however. Peter's heart raced as he contemplated the scene. How was it that the camera had melted while the dash was relatively unaffected? The temperature required to convert the camera to a mass of metal must have been tremendous, and yet nothing had happened to the dash. Peter and his wife knew instantly that this incident was connected to the sighting of the UFO the previous night. It was a stern warning by the aliens to not to interfere in their affairs. The fact that they could easily track down his car and to destroy just the camera and nothing else in the car showed Peter that they meant business and possessed technology light years ahead of earth's.
It was in a way fortunate that Peter had left the camera in the car. He did not even want to think what might have happened if the camera was in his home.
