I learned you could move their UFO ships along with just your mind power!
Also there were teachings about how different colored lights can help your mind (like meditation states) in day or nighttime consciousness/mind.
It was then (winter season '93), at the age of 21, that I got these very unusual ET-figures in photos from a normal photo development shop using normal film development processes.
I personally think that those figures in the photos are my personal spiritual guide's images in spirit/light form.
My mother, Marjatta, also told me she had seen two different kinds of alien life forms during the time of my own personal alien intelligence contact period.
She told me that she had seen a reptilian kind of figure in my childhood house and that she screamed in terror at seeing it. My mother said that it was going into (inside) the floor of her room!
It was so real that she could only wonder why there was no hole left behind by this figure, an alien form, moving right through matter, i.e. the floor in my parent's room.
This is my personal UFO/alien contact story along with my special "alien spirit guide's" photo as a proof of these experiences!
I would like to add that I also had an OOBE (Out Of Body Experience) just shortly after my winter UFO sighting at 2 a.m. on October 21, 1991.
I suddenly felt that something was happening to me at one moment when my body was resting in the bed. I felt that my spiritual self, the "real me," my essence, was different than my physical body. And then suddenly, my "spirit self" was in a different place than my body had been and I received this spiritual idea in my mind like a "Telepathic Teaching":
