It is a pleasure to amplify on your erudite remarks and allay some of the Exopolitics apprehension and the often uncomfortable position that people like Doug find themselves in trying to weigh and evaluate disclosures going on from research at my ends of things.

There is an unusual amount of unwarranted personality projection around my work, but that come with the territory, however disappointing it is.                     My first book on this subject matter was published by GP Putnam's in 1973.

I was an unwitting subject in DARPA's Project Pegasus in that my book, "EXOPOLITICS: POLITICS, GOVERNMENT AND LAW IN THE UNIVERSE" (Universebooks.com), which is credited with founding the field of "Exopolitics," was reportedly time-travel teleported back in time by DARPA from 2005 (when it was published) to at least 1971, when it was physically witnessed by a CIA officer, a Project Pegasus personnel, and an independent witness as part of a classified satchel of time travel materials brought back from the future for surveillance.  At the time (1971), I was general counsel of the NYC Environmental Protection Administration, and I came under DARPA time travel surveillance.  I am currently writing a book on all of this, so you will have a broader picture in due course.

I am surprised no one has mentioned the whole point of the Pine Gap story, which I will get to (below). But first, do you know about the hidden history of Pine Gap?
  Here is an example of this morning's mail from Betty in Australia:

"Alfred,
Did you know that Pine Gap in Northern Territory [right in Australian dead heart, as it's called in central Australia] is the largest CIA facility IN THE WORLD?  Former PM Gough Whitlam was raising questions in Parliament about Pine Gap facility and how it is operating outside perimeters of its submission to Australian Government when Governor General [later found to be a CIA agent as well as an alcoholic!] sacked them.  Political assassination as they'd already physically assassinated former PM Harold Holt because he wanted to withdraw troops from Vietnam - facts which don't show in Wikipedia and were blocked in police report!  It would have been hard to kill a 2nd PM in Australia though they'd been doing a good job of these in Indonesia and Vietnam!!  Payback too because Whitlam did withdraw troops from Vietnam in 1972 - Australian Labor Party opposed troops there right from the outset in 1965/66 and onwards.  It is primarily what took them to Government in 1972 - and if other states had been as effective in war protest as we had in WA the troops would have been out in 1969!!!!!
