Possible UFO Over Van Alstyne, Texas

I received several photos and a report from Cool Rivers on February 9, 2010.
He was taking pictures of the sun setting and got a bit of something extra! The small dot below the alleged UFO is a hellicopter as one can see in a second photo. Cool says that he was facing South-west.
He honestly admits he did not see the UFO when was shooting the sunset.
Cool states, "I didn't believe in UFOs until recently. I also didn't believe that the laws of physics could be broken. As far as I can tell, based on I have seen and see more regularly now, UFOs not only break these laws they demolish them! Or at least it appears that way to me."
He claims that he sees many UFOs now although mostly at night.
