Dream Manipulation and Mind Control Technology Part II
It would be very interesting to do research into whether or not the Nazis were using similar MK technology on their citizens and the possibility of it all getting exported to the west via "Project Paperclip" where it has been improved upon by the CIA in the aftermath of Project MK-Ultra.
While it is somewhat reassuring to gain insights into the phenomena of dream manipulation, I choose to devote more attention to finding ways to thwart the attacks - especially during the time when the dreams are occurring. I have managed to achieve some success with stopping the dreams in their tracks and sleeping unmolested afterwards.
How have I succeeded in this? Here are some suggestions:

One thing that has helped is to go more deeply within my psyche to a realm where the dream manipulators cannot penetrate. On a few occasions I have gotten up from bed and started meditating - treating the dream imagery, negative energy, etc. with the same detachment as things that may arise from my own unconscious mind during meditation sessions done during the waking hours. |

Taking in some archetypal image/symbol prior to going to sleep - such as a spring or well with clear water-a crystalline cave-or even some image of truth - whatever that may be for you - in the form of a spiritual figure like Christ, Buddha or Shiva - it is important that it resonate with you and is not something just arbitrarily used. It can even come from a meaningful, healing dream that you yourself may have had in the past. |

Another method that has worked wonders for me is to infuse the source of the attacks with "vibrational star essences" - from stars like Deneb, Mirfak, etc (see the book "Star Light Elixirs" and "Cosmic Vibrational Healing" by Michael Smulkis and Fred Rubensfeld for details). Just connect with the star's energy and infuse the manipulator's "radionics device" or whatever it is that they are using to project negativity your way - or direct the star energies towards the remote influencers themselves. This will cut the negative effect instantly. This will also help you reclaim, not only your cosmic sovereignty, but your personal sovereignty, as well, which is something that these negative forces absolutely do not want you to have. |

Keep dream journals and find creative ways to work with the manipulated dreams. Re-write them to bring them to a positive conclusion - take action and confront the negative beings no matter what form they take - very often they will just dissolve, crumble and reveal their insubstantial nature. When you do this, you heighten your ability to actually see the human/non-human beings behind the attacks - those who are using the dreams as "smokescreens." |

Another technique to counteract manipulated dreams is to imagine them as video games and that you are a player with controls that can do everything from guide yourself through the game board to zapping the bad guys with lasers whether they are insectoid aliens, men-in-black or paramilitary goons. I tried this and it significantly reduced the draining effects of the dreams and I woke up actually feeling energized instead. |
