The Puzzle The Custodians: Beyond Abduction By Delores Cannon
Posted: 12:00 March 6, 2008
Since the Betty and Barney Hill case, the alien abduction phenomenon has become the subject of much discussion and speculation. The tireless efforts of many abduction researchers working with hypnosis have given us a glimpse into the abductee's world. This research has revealed an alien program centered on hybridization, the transformation of human consciousness, and a form of teaching or schooling. To those of us with a minimal understanding of this subject we are left with an imperfect image of intrusive aliens performing anal probes on helpless victims. This leaves us with a picture of evil beings who are only intent upon their own agenda. But is this really the whole picture?
Hypnosis has uncovered many pieces of the UFO puzzle throughout the years, but unfortunately it has also left us with more questions than answers. Is there a way of obtaining more data? It seems there may be...although it is unconventional.
Like many other abduction researchers in the field, Delores Cannon also uses regressive hypnosis. However, unlike them, she speaks directly to the subconscious mind of the individual. The results are vivid and revealing. This process of hypnosis also allows the author of "The Custodians" {Ozark Mountain Publishers, Huntsville, AZ. 1999} to use the subconscious mind as a relay of communication with the visitors themselves. The information is revealing and gives those of us desiring more information about alien abduction just that and then some. But is this technique and it's information valid? The only way this can be satisfactorily answered is to compare it's findings with other abduction research in order to find correlations and patterns that agree with one another. To a large degree the information is compatible with previous research in this area, but also adds and expands upon many other areas of the UFO mystery.
