Our source was very concerned that the information about the presidents would obscure the UN thread and its credibility. He does not want any cross-pollination that he cannot underwrite. This tells us that our source and the working groups have taken the UN meetings very seriously and the TDY. It is why the SOM1-01 debacle caused a lot of heartburn with them.

Again OMF, just know that our source was a part of the UN meetings. We have no doubts here. Just know our source has interfaced with extraterrestrials during his TDY or TDA, or sabbatical. We also have no doubts here. Also, that this TDY program is ongoing and that our source’s counterpart continues to hold meetings with other nation-states on the disclosure issue. Our source believes this has continued.

“Hey Ed, Clay enjoyed his conversation with you today. (Phone conversation) We must be careful and accurate at the same time. It is a high probability Obama has not been briefed. Through our source’s “pipeline” all indications suggest Obama has not been briefed. We got this clarification after the fact. (When Clay offered it up to OMF). That being said, please let’s get this clarification out there so various potential antagonists do not come back and say our information is suspect.

This informed speculative game of who was briefed and was not is a bit dicey. The reason: None of us sat on the briefings—not even Source. (This is what Clay and I have gleaned—Remember, we are not told everything). He gets his information via “the pipeline” and pattern recognition on these briefing issues. His UN information was direct, first hand knowledge. We should never confuse the two.

Getting back to the issue at hand, his “pipeline” reliability factor is very high for Carter and George Herbert Walker Bush being briefed. The rest of the Presidents are much more speculative. I think the UFO Community is fairly sure, and we concur, that Eisenhower, Truman, and Kennedy were briefed. You got your Reagan info from Clay, so that’s clear. Nixon is an unknown according to our Source. Clay and I personally believe that Nixon was briefed in his Eisenhower days. Moving on, source feels Ford, Bush Junior, Johnson are believed not to have been briefed. We think he’s relying on pattern recognition concerning these three presidents.

So there you have it. Please put our qualifications out there. Ed, it is that important. It heartens me to know Source A is very concerned about the accuracy concerning this issue.
