If that's a bird it's very large. Do you have birds at that altitude , especially very large ones? I think not. However it does look very odd and I'm unable to decide if it's nearby or far away. If it's far away, going by the size of the mountain this must be a very large object. Did the camera man see ANY birds flying in the area ? We certainly have UFO's around the globe without a doubt. The exercise here is only to determine if this is also one.

this is a common mistake that people make when viewing their photos....not having noticed the object when taking the photo.....
truth to tell, it looks so very similar to many other "UFO" photos of this ilk....
I believbe the object to be a bird...
the beak of the bird is obvious (top middle) and the wings are in a semi folded position(caught while beating in flight)
the stop motion of the still picture showing the wings near midway of a wingstroke....
the blurryness is causing you to see what isnt there(UFO)but if you llok very closely you can see the symetry of a bird in flight.

if you look at the close up picture it looks slightly like a possible high tech drone, but use ur imagination or ul not see it the slight blurr at the top of the object looks like some type if radio antana. maybe i just a bit crazee though but that wat it look like to me

P.s. It has just occurred to me that this image "anomaly" could easily be explained as the smoke from an explosion. What does Jost V. mean when he says that the people on the vally floor on the right were "digging sand"? What on earth for? Is that a curious and pointless passtime beloved of Tibetans? I think not, and I think it is far more likely that these are actually geologists or miners engaged in something that only Mr V may be able to tell us about. Do I begin to smell a hoax here?

"It" is in an area (a scree slope) that has obviously been subject to constant landslides from the rocks above, so it can't be a natural cave (which would have been closed off long ago), and it would be a damned silly place to put an artificial cave or tunnel. Other than saying that, I haven't got a clue what it is. I might hazard a guess that it is dust from a landslide in progress, but it looks a bit too white to be dust formed from the surrounding rocks and scree. I guess, I'm afraid, that, as so often in these cases, we may never know what it is.

it's a cloud. There is a helicopter bottom right on the ground. If there was a hole in mountain why didn't they see when they landed or took off.

I took this picture, the distance is huge between me and the mountain. There are some people digging the sand on the right of the picture. The strange shape is farer than people so you can realise it's not an eagle.

This looks like an eagle or hawk or hawk-like bird swooping very fast. Most such "UFO's" caught on film but not actually seen by the photographer are either lense flares insects or birds. I have seen a "real" picture of an Himalayan UFO taken from an airplane or bus by a researcher in Tibet a few years ago. I found it in an online collection belonging to John Belleza, where it is part of a large collection of archeological photos, unmarked. Such strange things *do* occur in the Himalayas but unfortunately this photo is just a blurry brown and white bird, similar to a North American a red-tailed hawk.
