In simple terms; anywhere the word heaven appears, sky can be properly used. The concepts that "the meek shall inherit the Earth" (Matt. 5:5), Jesus will "rule the nations" (Rev. 12:5-9), and those with Jesus "shall reign with him a thousand years" (Rev. 20:6), show that Jesus does not rule in some ethereal place, but on the planet Earth.
Satan and His Angels Banned from the Sky
The battle described in Revelation 12 takes place in "heaven", and he and his angels are banned from "heaven". The Greek word translated into heaven in both these cases is "ouranos", pronounced oo-ran-os', and means; the sky.
We find the angels in "heaven" rejoicing that Satan is no longer with them and warning the inhabitants of Earth that he is now down with them there: "Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time." (Rev. 12:12).
And, Satan now goes out first to get Mary and the child, and then make war with the rest of humanity.
"And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child." (Rev. 12:13), and "And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed" (Rev. 12:12).
Satan "was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." (Rev. 12:5-9) and "neither was their place found any more in heaven." (Rev. 12:5-9) The clear chronological reference to Jesus in the Revelation time frame shows this occurred just over 2000 years ago.
In Conclusion
This research bears witness to some very serious facts, which are ignored by the proponents that support the concept that UFOs are piloted by "fallen angels" or Satan and his angels. It demonstrates that the angels of the flood era are imprisoned under the Earth until the Day of Judgment, and the sprits of their dead offspring, the giants or the "Nephilim", are bound to Earth and that neither is flying around in our skies. It also shows that the "Nephilim" are not "fallen angels". If one does not accept the testimony of Enoch, which provides evidence to some of these conclusions; there is nothing "biblical" to contradict this testimony.
This research shows solid evidence that Satan and his angels are grounded to the planet. The great battle in heaven, so often cited as proof of Satan's ability to fly, occurred just over 2000 years ago. And, there is nothing biblical to demonstrate that a change has occurred in the grounded status of him or his angels. If God placed that restriction on him then, either he is still grounded, or he is more powerful than God; something no Christian would dare to challenge.
When considering the reality that the concept of "satanic aliens" is built on a shaky or non-existent foundation, and that an "Independence Day" future may not be our inescapable destiny, it might be easier to accept a much different paradigm. Could it be that Satan is using fear of UFOs to prepare people for an even more devious deception than satanic UFOs trying to pull the people from their pews, or steal their babies? If God is in control of the planet he created, as well he should be, he also controls what beings come to, and from, this planet. That being a logical conclusion, it would also be valid to consider that those UFOs in our skies are the same dark clouds, great whirlwinds, and fiery chariots of God, described in the Bible. And, perhaps, when "they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.", as Jesus said he would return, and the rumors spread about this being a satanic threat, some will think twice before accepting it as truth.
A specific internet search for the phrase "fallen angels ufos" returns over 500,000 hits on Google. This shows that this subject is very prominent in mainstream thought. In every case this research has examined, none of the theorists addressed, or even mentioned, the facts considered in this presentation. We hope that this research has shed some light on the clear misconceptions about what the Bible actually presents on the subject of fallen, or satanic, angels in relation to flight, and UFOs. Certainly, when those reading this research hear the "evil alien" theorists making general claims about the Nephilim or Fallen Angels, they will be better-informed about the subject and the maze of misconceptions surrounding it.
