Kosol is a Cambodian living in Texas who is connected to his own Sirian guidance, the Guardians, those who were responsible for the Angkor Watt civilization, one of the less militaristic regimes from the Sirian Empire. Remember that these are simply 5th dimensional beings who see only from their 5th dimensional level on down and what their own higher guidance allows. As with the Opposition itself, there is a hierarchy of responsibility at all levels of Creation. To get the highest picture one must go to the Spiritual Hierarchy themselves for the most unbiased understandings, yet what is spoken here by the Guardians has its basis in fact:

Kosol: The Guardians and I say for you to speak for yourself; you two helix [Beings] are weak in thought and in action. But we still love you as always. The fact is from this day forward only those who think and act in way of multi-dimensionality will be recognized as superior (true human), while other two helix [Beings] are considered to be primitive (will be exiled from the planet), the guardians and I have classified them all already. This group of people will be not recognized as human beings in their existence by the forces of light and dark (the united collective). They are the Muslims and the Israelis for this current timeline. Only when they destroy their false past can they rejoin the present future. The Galactic Federation of Light today pronounced that no being belonging to the Muslim and Jewish ways of existence and belief will be recognized as human beings existing in vibration until they destroy their hate, and false past tradition.
But the Americans, Asians, Indians, Europeans, Russians, Mongolians and Chinese, African, and many other, beside the two mentioned human outcast species, will be recognized as true humanity by the galactic federation of light (because we see more peaceful energy abundant in them). This chosen verdict was announced on earth 9:00 US time line by the Galactic Federation of Light, from all the Councils of Light. Now these two outcast human species must choose the Light and throw away their religion and accept [the principles of the] Galactic Federation of Light as reality. Understanding their origin, history, and present future...the Muslim religion was created by the reptilians and the reptilians and are the enemy of the human family of Light. Whoever follows them and their way is a traitor toward the human collective, and sooner or later they will be exiled. Then there will be repercussions. The [demise] of all Muslim faith on the planet along with the Jewish faith must be accomplished. This is the order of the Mother Earth council and the many federation of light councils...no mercy and compassion will be offered to traitors of the human collective and species. Be warned, this is not a game, humanity is now being judged by the universal guardians force. Today Mother Earth issued all the devices to implement a restructured plan for the two outcast human species, if they choose not to comply with the Earth collective...
