How will we gain scientific support to study this phenomenon in a manner that will benefit everyone? A real need in the UFO community is to have standards (similar to those already set in the medical/scientific world) to measure apparent evidence of this phenomenon with scientific standards.. Measuring one piece of evidence against itself may not complete the picture and is not real science.

This need is not exclusive to the physical realm as there are many forms of "evidence" that cannot be separated or excluded one from the other. To do so may be limiting to the scope of investigation that one is seeking.

P.A.R.S.E.C. (Psychotherapists Associated for the Research and the Study of EBE and their Contacts) is an organization whose membership is made up of psychiatrists and psychologists from Italy dedicated to a scientific study of individuals relating encounters of the 4th kind.

The members of P.A.R.S.E.C. state a part of the direction for the organization this way.

"It is a work that needs therapists who have not a prior set idea of the nature of the phenomenon and who are not so enchanted by their idea of the phenomenon to lose the intention of the research."

I have recently accepted an invitation to full membership with this dedicated group and anticipate the resulting value of collated materials and peer review to be worthwhile.

This is a part of the overall mission goal of Saber Enterprises through our organization, F.I.R.S.T. (Fund for Interactive Research in Space Technology).

By working with scientists, physicians, and mental health professionals from many parts of the world we are expanding our abilities and the potential to view the whole picture of the phenomenon through both individual expertise and a team approach.

Because of this recently released series of adds by those without full information, I have decided to reveal a portion of the information I have about the specimen dubbed "RR3" by the first of the scientific labs I sent it to. I would tell you what its acronym means; however, it has not yet earned the title and that distinction.

This reminds me of the furor of the find of the alleged alien autopsy film. Literally, very few had any idea of what to think of it. The wisest just watched for the tests, others bit the hook, line, and sinker. As you know, someone was using this as bait…I think we all know now who it was.

When I was in England , Ray Santilli agreed to give me some pieces of the film for analysis. It was given to me the night Reg Presley (the famous English singer and my friend …"Love Is All Around" and "Wild Thing") flew me to London. It was hand delivered to me in the midst of the "after the TV show confab," a grand party after the TV program of psychologists and others attempting to debunk Stanton Friedman and other UFOlogists.

Some of the same enveloping sense of mystique and mystery surrounded the circumstances when the sealed envelope was given to me. I mean, after all, if this is the real stuff…wow! I could understand my courier's secrecy.

Now we have another story.

But this time, was it just a new bait? However, that is not the real issue for me here. It had been suggested to me that here we have another trap…and the metaphor was: "Who are these guys in the boat? Why are we getting the fake alien autopsy film job on us again…from those who know better…or should? My response was, "I only know what I saw and tests that I ordered. That is all I know."

Is this new announcement an attempt to rewrite history or to just write oneself into history? If "The RR3 Object" is not what is currently alleged, then the claimants will have to suffer that judgment for indiscretion and the field of UFOlogy will suffer with it.

I have hundreds of pages of information on the Roswell artifact to date and I spent many late hours in labs with the actual piece and those who tested it. Many of these are arguments on why the piece is not valid as "real" Roswell material.

Yet it is you, the reader who will need to draw your own conclusions. Do this carefully please, as there are many shades of "grey" (both human and perhaps Alien) left remaining before the conclusion of this case.
