UFO, ET SITUATION DESCRIBED IN SPECIAL OPS MANUALby Steve Hammons

THEN AND NOW, 1954 TO 2008
Some people may believe that this alleged special operations manual could be real. Others might dismiss it as science fiction. People might conclude that it could be fake, but it might be based on some level of truthful information.
No matter how we choose to interpret and analyze the document, it certainly does generate thinking about the possibilities and might help with our understanding of complex and sensitive situations of various kinds.
If we accept that the U.S. Government might have become aware in the 1940s of a situation of extraterrestrials visiting Earth, then certainly by 1954, some kinds of procedures and operations would have been developed.
The amazing sightings of multiple UFOs over Washington, D.C., in the summer of 1952 might have further motivated officials to have various plans and procedures in place.
Scientists and other experts, intelligence personnel, military groups and government officials would all have had roles to play in developing such plans and procedures.
By the 1960s, contacts and liaison with extraterrestrial visitors might have proceeded. Reports about an exchange program begun in the '60s and involving a 12-person team of specially-trained U.S. military personnel are especially thought-provoking.
In recent years there have been many UFO sightings all around the world as well as reports of even closer encounters.
Most recently, we recall the March 1997 Phoenix lights case, the silver disc hovering over Chicago's O'Hare airport on Nov. 7, 2007. And now, the Stephenville and Erath County, Texas, sightings are part of current discussion and research.
If it is true that we are experiencing ongoing disclosure and acclimation about the UFO and ET situation, then our own responsibilities include dealing with this information in mature and responsible ways.
If it becomes more evident that we are being visited, we want to keep our feet on the ground. We might want to maintain the best of our human societies and cultures around the world.
Humans in all of Earth's regions have good qualities of fellowship, love, compassion, creativity, intelligence and understanding.
At the same time, rising above and beyond some of our human problems is not a bad idea. Maybe we could do without war, disease, poverty, hunger, suffering, injustice and destruction of our natural resources.
Can visitors from elsewhere help us with these things? We may be finding out.
