It's my first time delving deeper under another part of my paranormal umbrella. Easily being put off by all the research that has been done by scientists, writers, believers, astronomers, mediums, investigators you name it; as the list goes on could be enough for me not to delve. But, I am a determined Arian and have come to this intriguing magazine in the hopes to discuss the connections of the paranormal part of the umbrella I am accustomed too, thus blending it with another I am seeking out.
It would be easier if a humanoid, as my father refers to them as, would just beam me up and answer some bloody questions and we'd be done with it. Unfortunately, nothing under the vast paranormal umbrella is that easy. Hence why I believe as long as we are here on earth, there will always be new discoveries and the need to re-visit our past. Perhaps when we cross over, those entire unanswered question about ghosts, aliens, demons, big foot, Nessie, chucacubras, chewbacca, yoda and so forth will be explained. But the catch is, once the head angel guide tells you all of the universes secrets, you can't tell a living soul! If that were the case, you'd have many pissed off arrivals at the pearly gates because then what's the point? You've got all the goods and the only ones you can talk to are either transparent, odd shaped looking beings, hairy over grown ape men, a sea creature, some demons and a partridge in a pair tree. Oh well, back to the drawing board as the debate and curiosity continues for me.
It occurred to me when I began writing columns that the second place to host my 'Spirit Talk' idea was at UFODigest.com and whether or not it would be accepted. I learned that in the field of the paranormal, there is no scrutiny among those who believe, research, fact find and more; as there is a respect factor at work here. If you lean more to the topic of UFOs and I towards Ghosts, we are still friends because we have a mutual respect for the field in general. Perhaps society can benefit and learn from these acts of respect, when we deal with racial remarks and so many other uglier issues. I could have easily written about this topic then, but I just wasn't ready. It took for this magazine to give me that extra step of dipping into another part of the paranormal. It was time and so here I am and have noticed more about the curiosity UFOs bring about and their popularity in our culture.
I received an e-mail a few months ago from Canadian radio show host, Rob McConnell of the X-Zone, who sent out recent UFO sightings off of youtube.com in Paris, Brooklyn, NY and in the tropics. They were incredible video footage of the hugest oval shaped, high tech looking crafts I had seen on my screen. The pictures in France had people walking on the side streets, as the Eiffel Tower could be seen ahead when two enormous and loud crafts hovering over the people literally zipped up and over a building vanishing.
I thought to myself a few things. My first reaction was wow because I had never seen anything that high tech before. I actually never had witnessed my own account. But, from that standpoint alone, I became afraid. Could this be for real and if so, what the heck was on board? "Jane, who's driving this thing!"-George Jetson. Then I had a second impression. Was this government made and if so, how rude of them to have these crafts flying around at such a low altitude scaring people. When I explained this to my husband, his answer was that if it was the government, they do what they do and there is very if not little, respect factor in play. I felt as if knowing how difficult life was and that were in a middle of a war; the cost of living keeps rising, health concerns and our medical system spiraling out of control; why would the government add this to that list? Was it really necessary and didn't they have their own 'craft driving ranges' to use? You know, sans les persons?
