Ron et al. Why don't you guys stick to stuff you know like little green men and flying saucers and leave things that you have no clue about like Christianity alone.

The Christian idea of unconditional love and forgiveness is truly divine and the subconscious agreement with this eternal truth maintains its popularity. Unfortunately, the Roman invention of accepting your poverty and be rewarded for it in the next world, and accept only the teachings of the (Roman) bible by casting scorn upon science and foreign cultures are things that only the most backward hayseeds would find fulfilling, and so Christianity as we know it is ultimately doomed to extinction, as each new generation becomes more and more aware of the value of diversity and the need for science becomes unavoidably imperative to the survival of the species.

While Christianity served its purpose in the days of old, as a beacon of education, empowered by its followers stubborn and ignorant devotion, those times have long since passed and what once made it strong has now become a weakness so critical that I doubt the church as we know it can survive the 21st century.

A religion designed to benefit the state at the expense of its most impoverished citizens will surely perish in a world where the divisions of humanity are increasingly blurred.

We can only hope that the Vatican will eventualy find itself in such dire straits that it has no choice but to reveal the true Christianity that existed before the Roman reboot, reinstating the now pagan beliefs of reincarnation and paying homage to all spirits, and not merely blind devotion to the figurehead icon of the state.

Should this occur, the great realization that all religions stem from the same prehistoric roots will wash over the globe and then for the first time in recorded history, humanity may find itself truly united and ready to face its ultimate destiny… and in fact following the principles taught by Jesus more completely than ever.

Die and be reborn Christianity. Your task remains incomplete!

You refer generally to "churches" but what you're talking about specifically are Christian churches. There are other religions and other churches too.

You write that "Churches would become non-existent if its members don't share God's transforming power."

Well, when it comes to organized Christianity, I'm praying that it becomes nonexistent.
