I have enlarged and enhanced the photo and as you can see it appears to have markings, flag or logo on the upper length of the object. Whatever it is, it looks man-made and appears to be flying in an upward trajetory. As opposed to an aircraft or an oval craft, the object appears to be shaped like a "nose cone" from a rocket!

This is just the preliminary report and I will followup when more information is available.

Many of the debunkers believe that the pixelation around the object prove that the object was inserted into the photograph. There could be many reasons for this including energy emissions from the object itself.`Also the object could be out of phase with our space and time or they could be right and it is a fake. My job as publisher is to present the news that is presented to me. I always have my own opinions but I leave it up to my readers to decide if they believe in the evidence or not. Dirk

The feedback I have received has been evenly split between those that believe the photograph is authentic and those that think it is a fake. The photo and the lack of information concerning the actual details of the sighting might make one suspect. But the lack of info could be as a result of corresponding with a witness that doesn't speak and write in English as a first language. Not surprizingly both sides are polarized in their opinions.

I am being personal attacked by individuals who are promoting the idea that I am perpetuating a hoax by stating this story and photo could be authentic. For the record for those individuals that are too lazy to contact me or to read the entire story I state for the record "It could be a fake, I don't know!"

I wanted to let you know that I saw the very same object at approx. 3:30 in the afternoon on May 2, 2005 ! My name is Ellen Bullock and I reside in Las Vegas NV. I was going out into my backyard to sit in the sun and as I reclined back in my chair I noticed a very bright light just above some white puffy low lying clouds. I ran inside to get my binoculars to investigate further. I watched it as it began to drop down below the clouds suddenly looking very dark on the end with the pertrusions and the rounded end was shinning bright as if lit from within, and the light would pulsate from time to time.The end with the pertrusions was the forward moving end. After about a min. it stopped and remained stationary for about 20 min. Then it started to slowly move to almost directly over my house and stopped again! Nellis Air Force is to the east of us and sometimes we get the small jets coming through here in approx. the same air space that this object was sitting in. Well Luck be on my side that day I suddenly hear the sound of a Nellis jet coming closer. I kept my eyes on the object as I heard the jet come closer & closer then suddenly to my amazement the object became invisible! After the jet passed the object reappeared in the same exact spot! After a few seconds another jet came following the first one and the object did the same thing, disappearing and reappearing again in the same spot!!

Very interesting picture of craft in sky. If I may make a speculation, here it is. The High level powers that we refer to as "ET" are placing these devices near to something or some one or some group of people that they want us to take note of.

You guys seriously think this photo is authentic? Even accounting for image degradation for 'resizing' for the internet, this photo appears to reek of digital manipulation. The inconsistencies in image pixelation alone are obvious indicators.

Regarding the ufo in the image. It is a military craft - offensive rather than defensive. But not terrestrial military. The "legs" at the back are for esthetics and have no real function. I've seen this before in images a couple of years ago. Seen from the right, there would have been a stylized "T" logo on the side. If you de-zoom the image to a level of 1:4 and use a magnifying glass on the screen, you can see far more detail. It is interesting to note that where you see this type of craft, you also don't see any black triangles. You instead see the large cylindrical UFO's. I'm guessing we're seeing a faction staking or defending their patch of territory. The range of the craft is limited. I'm guessing they are part of an outpost or limited base. Best I can do, sorry guy.

I saw the photograph in the article. It instantly reminded of a veritical aero-craft developed by US sometime back. I have seen it in the "History Channel" when they were airing the history of avaition. This machine i am talking about needs a vertical platform to land on. This machine abandoned by the US because of the cost factor. Can somebody cross check against it and validate whether it is the same machine? Regards

How can it only have TWO legs??? Clearly, it looks like a 'classical' rocketship! but the distortion field the camera picked up, from nose to down-side tail and again from 'exhaust' area, makes me think this ISN'T one of 'ours', tho my first impression was that it IS ours ... i've never seen another like it ... the ones i personally HAVE seen are much more ephemeral-looking -- this one looks metallic and very SOLID ...

The UFO was spotted again in "Villa Elisa", a local town an hour from here (Buenos Aires). This last sighting ocurred the day before yesterday (May 20, 2007).
