Ouija Boards, Depression and Demonic Possession by Tony Starkey

Invoking His name with full and complete intent will indeed save you, and not only from evil, for it is written "Ask and ye shall receive", but again this is my opinion. As long as you have complete faith in God and put your trust in Him then you will be enveloped with an invisible armor. Maybe the color of our aura changes or perhaps, angels appears at our side, or we could be engulfed in a light of protection but it is not for us to know.
"11. Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."
Eph. 6:11-13
"16. Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18. Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;"
Eph. 6:16-18
I think the above verses speak volumes for my argument. You learn a lot, for instance, God will protect you, the devil exists, he will try anything, it is a never ending battle, and you must ask and believe.
If you are a Christian and you also investigate the paranormal I think if you research the Bible for yourself that you will find comfort. This is research I have done on my own with the books listed below. I know each person has their own beliefs and opinions and I am not trying to change or take that from anyone. I simply wanted to point out how relevant the Bible actually is to this field and I think the Bible may help answer some of the questions we may have concerning the paranormal. Nothing more nothing less. Peace be with you.
