CHILDRENS' PALM PRINTS TAKEN IN SECRETby T Stokes

Biometric Recorder |
The Scottish local authorities have been using a palm-print recording device called; "Biometric Identification Recorder" - (B.I.R) on school children.
This was said to be just a trial test, but 14 other educational authorities are shortly coming into the programme, and following later are 15 more.
The idea was first used in Germany in the thirties, and all Eugenics theories were also surprisingly, supported at that time in Britain by Winston Churchill, and these old ideas were recently backed by Tony Blair, and legally supported by Cherie Blair's Matrix Chambers.
These machines in schools were said to be just for tests and are called "kiddie-printers."
But serious undertones have been revealed, with its connection to, random drug tests, C.C.T.V school surveillance, health and behaviour, future criminal records, I. D. cards N.W.O. microchip implants and secret security scanners.
Batches of prints have already been prepared, and discussions held with some of the worlds top palmists for analysis.
We have all refused to be part of the B.I.R. research project, and its connection to the coming anti-democratic identification (I D) cards, and why is the prevention of terrorism act being used to cover so much data that is just not applicable?
One sinister application is that provision exists in the paperwork for parental health patterns, e.g. obesity, alcohol, smoking habits, heterosexuality and wage income, labelled HP and WI. and why if this is all above board, is it covered by the official secrets act?
A backlash is already underway with a group called, "leave-them-kids-alone."
I am sending a petition to parliament on the matter.
