In tracking the actions of the individuals as points of behavior by their values as judged with the hand tool, we find the pattern to be of one slow moving intellect that is negatively affecting the lives of all other people, traveling through time as a virus. The people infected by this logical virus all gave bad advice to all sides of every conflict as a team to create and trump up friction between groups so that wars erupted, to which these ruthless assholes sold weapons and, most importantly, opium. Millions died.

Earth has been attacked by an organism that is viral in logistics, using remote viewing into the future to set problems up in our past so that we never see it coming. All such humans affected by this logical virus turned up initially, since 1833, as members of one college fraternity, all acting as if of one organism attacking the USA as a virus attacks its host.

The virus has since regenerated through the use of games to proctor its values. Games like Risk and Diplomacy by Avalon Hill require, to win the game, for you to lie, scapegoat, dishonor, torture, steal and kill. This organism swims through a chaotic world of its own devising using logic that becomes policies which confuse and kill the host environment, and policies are rooted in people who carry these games values away from the fantasy side of the system into the reality side.

In our realm, members of this organism’s infected group made things like the IRS, CIA, FBI, FCC, Dept. of Education, and Department of Narcotics for reasons that benefitted a secondary value structure, for the virus usurped the powers of the US Constitution and created chaos. Today, we are still suffering from the confusion created by decisions that were made intentionally defective in the early half of the last century.

To fight back, some really brilliant minds in the CIA started leaving a trail of bread crumbs in their wake to let people know that there was a problem. How? By labeling projects on the outside of the government with bits of data that all fit into the puzzle in Matthew.

Project Aquarius was one such project. In learning to use these tools, they were able to track people in the upcoming US history that would benefit the country. So, they hedged their investments in these people and gave them a tiny bit better security than others, just to be safe, so that when the time arrived for these people to become effective on their own, they had somehow survived to do this.

Now, people who choose to violate all four left-hand violations, as well as steal and kill, have a most unique signature judgment of 42. If two thumbs up is good, then this signature is really bad, for these values have one thing in common: These values can all be automated.

Take your hand tool to judge anytime in history that anyone represented such values. What always happened? All other nations on the planet ganged up on that one nation to put them out of business forever. Those who represent these six deficient values in leadership are inhuman in their logistics. Nero had the judgment of 42, and we remember how loved he was. Well, Bush and Cheney meet this judgment. They have inhuman values.

When used properly, the hand tool is a barrier between fantasy and reality. If every decision that everyone on the planet made at every time was always two thumbs up, then people never lie, but they can be truthful in a purely fictitious state. What is missing from this world are clearly defined public areas for fantasy. What we have been calling "reality" is, in computer-eze, known as "Default Mode."
