Have Mercy and save Doubters by snatching them out of the Fire
by Stephen Yulish PhD

But Jude also gives the solution to this type of behavior and also gives my reason for confronting them.

“Have mercy on some who are doubting…Save others snatching them out of the fire… Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling and to make them stand in the presence of His Glory blameless with great joy… And to the only God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord be glory and Majesty, Amen “(Jude 21-25)

“All who call upon the name of the Lord (Jesus Christ) shall be saved” (Romans 10:13).

In Galatians 1:8, it says that “if an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to that we have preached to you let him also be anathema”. How can angels, messengers of God, possibly preach a false gospel? These are the fallen angels (what I call the extraterrestrials) “who did not keep to their own domain but abandoned their proper abode and went after strange human flesh” (Jude 6-7). Sons of God (fallen angels) mated with daughters of men and produced the Nephilim hybrids (Genesis 6:2-4). God destroyed them in the great Biblical flood, for if God did not spare these angels when they sinned (2 Peter 2:4) what about us?

When these fallen angels and their followers and supporters (Negureanu, Morris, Alexander, Komarek et al) on UFO Digest preach that we are all one or that Christ or God is an alien or that they are coming to save us and the earth from destruction, let them be abhorred also for preaching a false gospel. Jesus is the Name above all names (Philippians 2:9) and the only name by which we can be saved and at it aliens tremble and flee (James 2:19). Moses and Buddha and Krishna and Muhammad and Sai Baba are all still in their graves. Only Christ’s tomb is empty because He alone conquered death and all who believe in Him will also live forever.

“There is only one God and only one mediator between Man and God and that is Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5).

Therefore if you want eternal life forget these alien gods and false saviors. They will be of no help to you and I may have to also try and snatch you out of the fire.

You guys aren't as smart as you think you are!
Alan? The Catholic PhD, read about the ratline. The way the Vatican smuggled Nazis out of Europe to South America!
B? I have read the Egyptian and the Tibetan Books of the Dead and they are no solace.
Patrick, Gehonim, the place of buring garbage outside Jerusalem was a metaphor for hell. The famous Rabbi Yonathan ben zakkai who codified Jewish worship after the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD feared gey hinnom on his deathbed as described in the Talmud. It was not just thought of a resting place.
aLL RIGHTEOUS gOD FERING PEOPLE INCLUDING jEWS WERE THOUGHT TO BE RESTING IN aBRAHAM'S BOSOM (see book of lUKE)until Jesus died for them to have eternal life and others to be separated from God for eternity.

anti-Catholic bigotry
Mr. Yulish,

For someone who claims to possess a Ph. D., I'm surprised you are woefully outdated on the matter of the Catholic Church and the Holocaust. You really should take a look at David G. Dalin's The Myth of Hitler's Pope: Pope Pius XII and His Secret War Against Nazi Germany.

book of the dead
the egyptian book of the dead has a story of the profit Horus who lived 1500 bc, and his life story is the same as jesus. infact the hole story of his life is exactly the same as many more 50 profits from before his time. before u base ur life on a story of someone who there is no actual record of being alive u should read up on other sources of info on that time period then the bible since its full of holes and mis information.

Hell is not in the bible.
Dear Mr. Yulish

You wrote:

Patrick, have you ever heard of Gehanna? It was the Jewish place of burning where all apostates spent eternity in burning excrement?

My response to this is :

Gehenna is a word from the Greek. it comes from Hebrew Gai-Ben-Hinnom meaning Valley of the Son of Hinnom, and is still called Gai Ben Hinnom in Modern Hebrew.

It referred back then and now to a garbage dump in a deep narrow valley outside the walls of Jerusalem.
It served as a garbage dump in old testament times and at the time of Jesus.

If Hell is real, why didn't God make that warning plain right at the beginning of the Bible? Adam and Eve were condemned to death for eating the apple and not hell.
Why did God not warned Cained? Or why did Moses not preached about hell?. The Mosaic Law simply stated blessings and cursings in this lifetime.

Hell has its roots in paganism, rather than the Bible?
Many nations around Israel in the Old Testament believed in Hell-like punishment in the afterlife, for they served bloodthirsty and evil gods.

In the meantime Israel simply taught the grave (sheol) and a hope of a resurrection.

The Jews did not understand Gehenna as a symbol of everlasting torture, but rather as a place of shame, filth, and defilement when Israel participated in the grossest form of idol worship.
The teaching of Gehenna has evolved in Jewish teachings to include punishment in the afterlife.
However Stephen even today Gehenna still does not mean endless and burning punishment to the Jews.

Lord Yahweh Have Mercy and Protect Aliens from Fanatic Christians!
I sure hope that we are never visited by aliens who harbour the strange and superstitious beliefs of Stephen Yulish and others who adhere to his superstitious beliefs. I hate to imagine a landing by alines where they look upon humans and say, "These must be the evil spawn of Thaduk that Lord Amilihan warned us about. We must destoy them as Lord Amilihan ordered us to do in the sacred Chizbahhonukblah!". Likewise, I do worry what would happen to any peace-loving and pacifist group of aliens who have the misfortune of visiting a planet that has so many people who label anything unknown or not understood as "evil".

Maybe I did totaly understand your article.
I guess you didn't get much beyond my 1st paragraph, but thanx for not trying to discredit my ideas by pointing out my terrible spelling.

My main point was not that "the bible is true because it says it is" but rather that the creator of all exsistance would not have required rituals or one human to submit his will to another to please him or complete his goals he must have had in mind for our exsistance.

Please ask yourselves "Does religion draw you closer to your fellow human beings or does it divide you and make you feel diffrent?"

"United we stand, divided we fall" like the saying goes, does religion unite us or divide us?

If your fooled into thinking aliens are all just demons trying to distract us from bible study its kinda hard to see reality as God intended. The reality of exsistance to wich humanity as a whole is just barley waking up to is that we are not alone out there. This might sound like no big deal, but how did we react to last truth we as a race had a hard time accepting, like the fact we weren't the center of the universe?

The typical religous response to evidence of non-demonic, alien civilizations, is very much like what Gallileo faced for looking threw his telescope to discover a hidden truth about the state of our exsistance.

So is it easier to go to church and keep your nose burried in a hymnal, or is it easier to reject what your neighbours (the jonses) say, and risk ridicule for being a "UFO nut" and look at the evidence objectively? Wich road is the easier one the high road or the low road?

Turn about is fair play, so consider yourself rebuked by the truth of exsistance as given to this pittiful being by his creator.

But, I know how you will most likely react, when I tried to say such things to my former pastor and best friend, his response was something like "Ya, the devil wants us all holding hands singing coombuya as we all sink to the depths of hell" But I tell you the main challenge faceing humanity right now is just to see how special we really are and how much we have in common here on earth, EVEN though there may be many other alien races out there it doesn't make us any less special or important than we already were. It doesn't change reality to accept the truth, it simply changes your perception of reality.

Did Gallileo find his truth threw prayer, religious texts, or hyms? No, he used the proprties of exsistance to expose the truth of exsistance, just like me. The truth is out there, and God wants us to find it, but don't go looking in musty old books, instead observe reality and let it reveal it's self to you, it will.

Paul Versus James and Jesus teachings
Mr Yulish

Paul was disconnecting himself from Judaism and the first Christian Jerusalem church headed by James Jesus' brother while adhering to resurrected gods and Gnostic myths of heaven-descended redeemers that existed in the past. Such as Mirtha etc.

The original Jewish element represented by James (Christ's brother) and Jesus himself , eventually was replaced by Paul's Gentile church.

Judaism could not tolerate the heretical Christian church which had embraced Greek religious notions and this brought in by Paul.

Christianity is a combination of Hellenistic Greek religious motifs with Jewish concepts.
Paul is the real founder of Christianity and the great interpreter of Jesus' mission, brought forth in a way that Jesus himself never did. It was only Paul ideas of how Jesus' life and death fitted into a cosmic scheme of salvation from the creation of Adam to the end of times.

Immediate after Jesus' death and the resurection, the leader of the Jerusalem Church is Jesus' brother James.

In the Gospels, this James does not appear at all as having anything to do with Jesus' mission and his story.

And to ensure this, Jesus' brother James (and his other brothers) are erase from any significant role in the Gospel story. This was a plan to denigrate the early leaders who had been in close contact with Jesus.
Paul had never met Jesus in person.
Paul's doctrine of Jesus is a daring departure from Judaism and the real teachings of Jesus.

The truth is that the Old Testament does not portray Hell or the Underworld (called Sheol in Hebrew) as a fiery place.
There is no mention of a Lake of Fire, or of individuals being bound and tormented (punishments) in the Underworld.

Paul and the early christians of the gentile church of Paul apparently drew upon Greek myths about the Judgement, punishment and resurrection of the dead after a thousand years, as preserved in Plato's writings and many others.

Thanks
Thanks for all the comments. It shows that you are reading my articles. Too bad that only Philip, Arthur, Jim and Ron understand what I was trying to say. The rest of you just use trite phrases likle "when you die your religion goes with you", ""the Bible is true because the Bible is true", and "institutional religion negates free will" etc. Look I told you all to read
http://www.ufodigest.com/news/0808/grateful.html

It explains my move from being a rational Jewish professor type to being a Christian without sacrificing my brains or free will. God came to me, I did not go to Him. I never went to Church or read the Bible. It was revelation.
And to people like Bobby, you think that I will discover nothing when I die imagine what you will find!

Great Minds Think Alike
:-P
Those four articles show great minds think alike, and I like it. See it works! The truth will set you free. Just keep reading articles like these four and reality will finally become obvious.
Religion was an invention of man to control the masses (and make a good living at it too)
By the way:
Please cancel my subscription to the resurrection.
(Compliments of a cousin named Jim Morrison)
Can’t believe I ever fell for that religious crap anyway.
I finally became aware and saw the truth, and don’t take this too hard ~
But religion has no place in the future. When you die, your religion goes with you. It does not live on like you believe it does. What is the saying? Oh Yes, “It’s all in your mind”
That’s cool bro, that’s cool ~ it’s your mind, do as you like with it.
#6 - Bobby Morrison - 06/12/2009 - 10:10
Dr. Yulish, you did a fine job articulating your rebuke without anger, yet with authority. This authority as we know comes from the miracle that is the Bible. I noticed that Mr. Murdock posted a comment and stated; "I want people to start looking for truth for themselves and not just accept anything that comes down the road." I would just like to say in response to his comment, the Bible tells believers in Jesus to "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." If we as believers are truly working out our salvation by following the Bible and the life of Christ then the institutional fallacies will not stop one from growing their relationship with Christ. If anything it will shine a light on the lies that are being propagated by some "religious" institutions. The Lords sheep know his voice and another they will not follow. If a paster/minister/priest is not speaking the truth from the Bible then someone who is filled with the spirit of truth should & would know it.
#5 - Philip - 06/12/2009 - 08:40
well thought out, but...
The premis of all christian dogma and doctrine is that the bible is true because the bible says so. My god gave me a better bain than that, so did yours.

What is the point of freewill, and the laws of the bible not being absolute laws of nature but rather freedom, and free will retricting rules?

If your god was the real god of all exsistance would his laws NEED to be written down to be dolled out by those in charge, or would they be universal laws of exsisting within his creation? Would the God of everything that exsists really put the most important info needed by his creations on PAPAER, in a book?

How can you think such small thoughts about your creator? Do you really think that every human wich had influence over what the bible says now was as pure of heart as you?

You who deny the truth of exsistance are the ones being missled. We all want desperatley to be right about the after life, but this knowledge was not made availible to us in the living world, instead it is up to each of us to make our own best guess with all the facilities that God has endowed upon us.

When you give up responsibility for your descisions, then you not only give up the stress of making a bad one, but also the joy and vindication that comes from making a good one. God wants us to be happy, but only if we deserve it, this is how his multi-verse works in all matters, why would choices about the after-life be any diffrent?

Am I risking my eternal soul by rejecting religion? By your accounts, sertinly, but I have found other truths in my heart than you have. But there is still time, search your heart for the truth, it is in there, God promised me it is.

One last point about religion. In this exsistance we find that the easiest things are usualy the most sinfull and hurtfull, and those things wich come hardest to us are usualy the rightous, justified, moral things wich we hate doing. So by that logic wich the creator of exsistance gave us, then why is religion so easy? Cristians have been persacuted in the past, but not now, now they are in power, make laws, run things. Its easy to let your pastor decide things for you, its harder to make your own call. I know, I have tried it both ways.

Right on!!!!! To many people listen to theologians and do not read the Bible. The Bible was written in Hebrew, Greek, Latin etc. But the Aramaic words( Yeshua, spoke Aramaic) and the rest of the Biblical tribes did not speak English so he word in the language of their day meant different things then what the Biblical English wrote. But the heart of the text means the same and from Genesis to Revalation is consistent. As Christians we follow the words that we know to be true and spiritual sound.
The spiritual truths that mr. Yulish proved from the Bible and ancient scriptures are scripurally sound. If you go to a church that does not teach the scriture as it is written, get out!!!! The Bible as mr. Yulish so publically stated is time tested and Scripurally sound. The facts of Easter and Christmas are not based altogether on facts. YES Yeshua rose from the dead and yes Yeshua was born, but in the spring. Any biblical scholar will tell you Jesus was born in the spring and also his Death was not something to be worshipped, his ressurection was the event that changed the world. If we want to go the whole root we should not even worship HIS instrument of Death on a STAKE!!! One of the Ten Commandments is: You shall not worship ANY graven image!!!! Whjat we should worship IS YHWHS power of bringing Jesus up from the dead!!!!!!! The Bible warned of false prophets rising up and teaching things that is not in scripture.
On this note I stand with Dr. Yulish.....freee from Babylon the Great!!!!! For Satan, the great deciever, roams around looking for those to decive even the elect!!!!!!

Stephen, Thanks for the great, loving and genuinely caring rebuke to these poor lost souls.

For one thing my intent was to attack religion so much to call the instititunal part of it for what it is. I found over the years that organized religion tells people what to think as opposed to teaching them how to think. I want people to start looking for truth for themselves and not just accept anything that comes down the road.
