Regarding the world population general level of critical mass thinking and the Internet we need to have some serious open debates among our elected officials in offices in the United States and then ask others in the world to participate. We may have some housekeeping issues to be dealt with in transparency versus secret classification.

When there is a change in presidency, this does not necessarily mean that there is a change in government personnel. There are not necessarily changes in policies and procedures.

In government there are ways that have existed for many years that are out dated. One of them is the classification system on sensitive material.

The government has an intelligence community. This is not news. But, the old news of how information has been kept from the public and the right to know what information belongs to the whole world versus what belongs to the United States of America may be looked at in the future by countries who are financing our debt such as China.

What part of our country do we want transparent? What part of the United States Government do we want transparent?

What part of the Internet Information Archives do we want secret? I recently read where a woman who had cancer had her cells taken from her and a company has patent right to her cancer cells and she can't get them back.

I recently read where a woman was allowed to die at age 66 and her right to death was granted. There are some serious issues that are being left up to states and not the federal government. How do the individual rights and the individual states right affect all of us as individuals?

I love my country which is the United States of America. I really don't understand why some states laws happen in certain states and not in others. There is a grey area in the law that most of us do not understand as we travel from one state to the other.

As a global community, we will be thinking of our international rights.

How will we all come together on major decisions that involve all of us? We all now use the Internet but what rights to we have with Freedom of Speech that are granted in our country but are not necessarily recognized by other countries?

What part of our own minds do we want transparent and left secret? In the future we will be hearing more and more about discoveries in science and how we can manipulate the mind. There will be ways we can use technology. Our minds are at stake here as is our future freedom of information. Information is power. We all need to participate in valid discussions in the world of what is right and wrong. The Obama Administration and the Democratic Party are taking a firm hold on our future. Some people are concerned. Some really are too busy worrying about a paycheck or lack of one to care about the future on the world and there are many that do not participate in the Internet world.

These are valid questions that require answers not just for me but all the Internet users in Cyberspace. I may be talking myself out of a job as a syndicated journalist.

Will the Obama Transparency really change the United States and prior outdated classification systems on secrecy? We are in need of an infrastructure rebuilding within our government because just as the World Information Network is growing in Cyberspace, our government is not equipped to manage the Global Community with the present policies and procedure manuals written with some updates but not all.

Then we have the Rules and Regulations for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, and various others who are part of our United States government. Was this what the Obama Administration was willing to take on when the new Transparency ways was mentioned to the public?

There are always the Republican Party, and the Democratic Party way of dealing with government and many Americans are tired of the infighting, blaming, and finger pointing going on between these two major parties. There are others but they are not treated as equals in the election process in the primaries which means they will never really reach full potential and are being held back in the primary voting ways we use now.

The whole system needs to be revamped. This includes what we should keep secret in government files versus public files.

I have mixed feelings about what should be allowed to be known by the public and what should not. I personally do not feel that the Central Intelligence Agency also known as the CIA has been given a fair shake in prior dealings with hearings in Washington, D.C.

I also feel that we all need to know more about how our government works in the Intelligence field and what is being kept classified as Secret and Above Top Secret versus what the general populace is being led to believe as transparency.

There are many people talking in the general populace, on the Internet, and in the new media about the infighting among the Unites States and the Obama Administration Transparency.

What exactly are we going to make transparent and how besides seeing more of President Obama on television and on the Internet. I am all for the New Media and sharing every day chats from the White House on Face book and on the government Internet Sites. I am beginning to believe that because most all our government agencies have created public websites that can be accessed on the Internet for a Home page review and general information that this is our governments answer to transparency.

This is not what some organizations are thinking and some such as the Disclosure Project are willing to take on the White House and has recently submitted a petition with thousands of names. I won't go into the detail because all the information can be obtained at the various websites of the White House, Security and Intelligence Agencies websites, and that of the Disclosure Project.

But, how does one think of transparency? On or about June 7, 2009, I decided that writing for those who are not really ready to receive information is not the best way to proceed with future sharing of information pertaining to truth and reality universally accepted on the Internet.

The human races of those who exist on earth are not ready to know all the truth and observations that have been kept from the public as secrets. This report is strictly based on opinions and observations of relating to people on the Internet.

Based on what is normal now is what is wrong with the way we foresee the future.

The brain and knowledge of such things as the pineal gland and what it is used for will be needed in the future. In the past such things were only taught in the medical field or in metaphysics.

Future teachings in education regarding remote viewing and psychic awareness briefings on how to use the mind in the future for the 21st century would be important and could be accepted throughout the world if we share more of what certain beings know and are aware of that probably was not taught in schools in the past.

Most beings that were educated on earth learned from books that other people authored. There are not that many original thinkers as writers any more. Think about most our old graduates who obtained twelve or more years or a doctorate in philosophy. Much of what they learned has been outdated for years. New information and discoveries are happening daily in the fields that we accept as field of study.

Many are not that important any longer. The Internet has become very important to our global community. We need to treat this new way of living and communicating with the utmost consideration and one of great importance. We can all continue education. The age factor due to the recent near crash of our entire global economic structure should have made obvious to everyone that the future will rely on information as power. How many other people did we depend on in the world to not allow the crisis of our global economy to fail? How many old timers relied on others who were considered experts?

Economists are called in after the fact not before. There were a few that saw the future coming and bet on certain investments to fail and they are now well off. They were in on using the Internet to share information that they could count on as their very own. I will not mention names but some of them have been featured on television.

The global population must be able to understand the future and the knowledge needed in future economic sanctions and innovations if we allow them to know the truth and they can access this truth on the Internet. But, those of the old school will want to decide who has information and who will control information because knowledge is power.

The military contractors at present have the lead in information technology. This will continue until the private sector of the global population can rise in knowledge and education. We must produce a higher level of logic and reasoning on this planet.

When speaking of extra terrestrials, spacecraft not of earth origin, if I speak in military terms and accepted chronological order with dates, events, who, what, where, why, how, how much or in the basic formats for Investigative Reporters then all is well with the document that I produce. We can also use military nomenclature in our fiction and nonfiction although many prior military personnel may have to have their books reviewed by our government agencies before publishing. This may or may not be known to the entire general populace. It depends on where one worked and if the person was entitled to view classified secret material. Most authors who have retired from military service never received more than a Confidential or entry level clearance. Background checks are performed on all our military personnel in the United States.

Secrecy is important for national security reasons in this world that still has extremists who may cause harm to themselves and others. We need a global security upgrade in our global security population regarding international police standards of transparency and what will be considered classified. In the past each separate arm of the law has had their own rules and regulations. This will prove to be disarming at best. There must be a new global level of special investigations and secrecy.

I have an opinion like everyone else as the saying goes, we all have one. I am allowed to publish my opinions and sometimes editorial reviews on various topics. Because of the Internet I have had my own personal life compromised regarding my identity. This is a major concern but not one that has completely made me stop writing. Not yet anyway.

But, there are people who are honest in this world and display their name as a real person in this three dimensional world. The Internet also has those who are taking on aliases and are given avatar personas to play games or to enter certain websites.

There must be a global upgrade to protect Internet users and soon. This is a subject that should be addressed in September at the G20 Summit in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

We know that many CEOs around the world have been compromised and I was part of the Ecommerce investigation in Trade and Commerce. This is something that allowed me to put myself out there in the public eye to learn who some of these criminals were. I learned a lot and when I needed other countries help, I learned that security was over worked and under paid. This caused me alarm. Many of you have received emails from those desiring you to participate in money laundering scams. There are now advertisements and awareness alerts but at one time there were not. We need to clamp down on these people who use the Internet that at present are just considered spammers in most areas of the Internet. We can use all types of programs to protect our computers but they still get through to our email boxes. We must come up with solutions for our Internet Highway to be used for the entire global community. At the present time, I know I do not feel safe.

Being considered eccentric is the word attached to thinkers who are sometimes thinkers who are wealthy that put their ideas and thoughts into words for others to peruse. If one is not wealthy and accepted in a certain class in the world then the way others may see a person such as me is crazy. So goes the life of a writer and inventor. Creating has ups and downs with inventions, reinventions, and most believe it is becoming a lost art form. Art has always seemed like the opposite of Science in academic reviews.

We need more right brain thinking and Art scholars to proceed in the future. Science is left brain thinking generally speaking but the world is in severe need of both.

The new 21st century will need to breed left and right brain thinkers for the global future of the intelligent beings species. I am programmed on many levels and using both left and right brain logically and together to produce levels to be used together in thinking that brings forth the use of the pineal glad that will be needed for future discoveries of all brain usage. There are five levels to be used. Seven levels including all senses.

Regardless of who and how one is portrayed is based on perceptions of the one who is seeing, hearing, reading, and the receiver of the information. This information may or may not be the truth to the receiver but as the sender, creator, of the information, even if one is using a language that one is familiar with such as English the universal language in business, the reality of what is being produced as a product or service can be misunderstood.

If we are individuals are to create our new world for future expectations with the laws of survival and nature involved then we may also want to consider that all that has been taught in the left brain logical way of thinking and point of views as normal may not be that normal.

If one is to grow into understanding the right brain left handed way of thinking in the world then there will have to be some left brain/right hand thinkers who will have to open their minds to accepting that which may not have been thought as normal in prior history of knowledge, information and communications.

We are all basically the same. Why we choose to not converse with others globally with our life experiences and deepest thoughts is due to us choosing to believe that we will not be accepted into the mainstream of general populace critical mass way of thinking.

This leads into the fact that some of us have had off world experiences that others want to know about but, they may not be ready to accept that there really is an off world and another way of perceiving reality.

There are ways to think that probably should not be divulged to those who are not ready to hear. This main theme of websites may seem like reality and on main stream subjects but I suggest that UFO Digest.com is not a main stream market. I suggest that any website and anyone dealing with UFOs and the topic of extra terrestrials will be considered working in a niche market or interested in a Niche Market.

Niche Markets are becoming of major interest among many large corporations who are investing in websites being built on the Internet such as about us.

There are ways for us to continue sharing information but unless I begin sharing my information in more of a mainstream way and with words chosen to allow others to catch up in the world to simply being one intelligent beings species with a new global community agenda, I might as well be sharing information with a wall.

There is information that can be shared in a very complex way with forward thinkers who know that we have extra terrestrials who come and go from this planet.

There is information that is privileged that I realize now should not be shared with people in general and why so many people want to believe in such movies as Men In Black as realty.

There are those who I have come in contact within my time on earth who have been most generous. There are those who I have come in contact with in my professional life in the military and in government employ who know that I am sharing more than I should with those who do not understand or appreciate what could and should be shared with all beings on earth.

Going about sharing information that others are not ready and willing to accept as truth based on here say evidence can only be done in fiction form.

The truth will someday be disclosed about extra terrestrials and unidentified flying objects. Right now, this has become a rather large niche market for beings who are trying to earn somewhat of a living or part-time income. I will not interfere with this process. This may be what is needed for the entire UFO and Paranormal Community to progress into a full blown money making market. I really do not know that others in the past have become rich.

I can mention names like Whitley Strieber, Stanton T. Friedman, Erich von Daniken, Zechariah Sitchin, and others who have written books that are not accepted in the mainstream as reality. They all had to put up with critics. This is part of being human and living a life that is behind the times.

There will be new authors with new discoveries dealing with the new Anthroponomy.

Maybe some of us seem out of place and not accepted in the niche markets at all.

There will be a time when those who are willing to share some of their own life experiences will be accepted. Until such time as the world decides to accept the fact that we were seeded here and are only those who may have a foothold in more than one world then we all should take time to absorb what we can and keep an open mind regarding our future.

2012 is about opening up our minds to the possibility that we are only using a small portion of our brains.

The world will have to take a giant leap for humankind in order to grasp onto the changes in science that are coming in our future.

We have to accept that most beings are kept in the dark like mushrooms for reason. Change is constant but also sometimes can affect a beings inner thoughts and judgment putting them in a state of shock which shakes their individual foundation on who they are or who they think they are. One movie that did this was called the Matrix. Another was called the Da Vinci Code. Future information should continue to be shared in movies such as those made by Stephen Spielberg like Close Encounters, and ET. The total world population is seen to have in general an eight grade education level if that according to academic standards. We must continue the basics of education and promoting education throughout the world. The planets level of understanding of space technology and other galaxies with intelligent life forms is beyond the general populace of 6.8 billion people taking or leaving some.

For those who know of M. Knight Shyamalan, he is a forward thinker and uses his imagination but puts his thoughts into creation that others can relate to in the film industry. Therefore, he is accepted in the general populace as a movie writer and producer. I suggest that we as a civilization are not ready to know the truth.

It is this Investigative Reporters findings while keeping with American Culture International Relations standards as an observer while writing on extraordinary topics that those who exist in the niche markets dealing with extra terrestrials and spacecraft not of earth origin are in their own ways of thinking forward not able to handle the truth of other alien civilizations that exist in space.

The Disclosure Project and the value of Freedom of Information Act may be at complete opposite ends of the Internet information to be released to the public.

Will the Disclosure Project of Dr. Stephen Greer, Steven Bass and others interested in the prior classified reports such as those on Roswell in 1947 fail? There are many retired military and their families that want truth and real answers as to where the alien bodies of the extraterrestrials are now and they want to view the spacecraft not of earth origin. Since the many UFO sightings, the mainstream media and news reporting agencies have been carrying some of the stories that at one time were not allowed.

The new United States Executive Branch may be saying they are about transparency but this may simply mean that we are going to see more of President Barack Obama but not the prior classified Secret or Higher level documents released in to the public.

I for one have mixed emotions about the future and what should be revealed. I personally feel that if the information is older than 40 years that it should be released. Once again with this the Obama Administration, the files that were signed for in agreements for fifty (50) years may be released since the Obama Administration are about transparency.

What will the next generation of forward thinkers want to allow the public to know and what will be kept secret is another matter. We may be shaping the future for those who will follow as our progeny based on the past if we do not change the future.

A lot will depend on how much control the various arms of the security community will want to remain in control. Control of secret usually means more funds in the budget. This will come up before the Senate and House before anything will be released to the public under the Freedom of Information Act on extraterrestrials and UFOs.

First, when asking, one must now the proper file name for the government personnel to pull out of archives. These have been guarded with old code words and numbers. This means that unless there are reviewers, researchers, and others allowed into do research that could site the information first then be allowed to copy said discovered information found that this may be the way to proceed with transparency of past other than worldly events of extraterrestrials.

I personally believe that most all the 1947 Roswell Crashes information should be released. This would be the starting point that would be most likely the easiest to discover. There are still a few first hand retired military personnel alive to share the truth and many have. How this information will be released on the Internet as truth is another matter. Right now, we do not know what truth is and what fiction is.

Will the future Obama Administration resort to controlling levels and channels that may be classified on the Internet in Cyberspace? If not them someone will - someone that wants to control the Internet and all communications.

I love my country and have traveled enough in my past to know that we have the best country in the world. I just am a concerned voter wondering if my vote will count for anything of meaning in the future. Since I do not want to register either left or right meaning Democrat or Republican I am finding more and more Americans discussing who we will want running our country in 2012.

2012 will be a time for change not only with the environment but with economic growth. I am going to continue writing my TAKEN UP SERIES for UFO Digest.com and Dirk Vander Ploeg because I said I would. I write articles on various topics daily including world politics and human rights.

The TAKEN UP SERIES is fun and I enjoy the freedom without a particular style of writing requirement. UFO Digest is a breath of fresh air for me. Some may think me eccentric and crazy for sharing what I normally do not project to others. By reading the TAKEN UP SERIES you can see the various levels of thinking.

We all have five levels of mind and seven levels of senses to discover. Adding the way I project thoughts in this writing medium I add flavor and truth in a way that may seem off to those who simply think linear or left brain logical. Most all of us who were born in the 20th century think as we are programmed to think: linear. There are other ways to think and to project our energy. Writing is just one way to project one's own truth. There are many ways that can be used in other parts of the universe. We as a general populace on earth just do not tune in to all of these other strings and ways to think and project.

I have a few secrets of my own that will be revealed in the books I continue to write and never seem to get edited for camera ready publishing.
