As an inner fail safe system, during combat down time, combat scenarios in the form of dreams act liken to psycho-drama. The dream is subjective, where the soldier is reliving combat scenarios. The mental action uses up dangerously high amounts of ions that reduce them down to a manageable level, but only for a short time.
In a more sever case of posttraumatic reaction, a "flashback" phenomenon occurs. In this case, it is a reactive result of months or even years of accumulated combat memory. Because of the physical and mental body's reinforced intense stress and terror, enormous amounts of ions are generated in the brain and throughout the body. The ions amplify the nature of the Spirit into a reactive phenomenon that supercedes the consciousness by separating current surroundings and reality with that of a recalled combat scenario.
The Spirit's Creative Nature overrides optic nerve and brain receptive areas with a recalled combat scenario. The soldier's entire current physical and mental being is superceded by its Spirit's Nature. In this case, the physical body is responding to the Spirit's recalled combat scenario, as if the unfolding combat events are currently lived. The 'acting' out of the combat scenario discharges ions that when reduced to a certain level, the "flashback" scenario suddenly disappears and the soldier is back into current real time and the soul-mind consciousness is again in charge. With the Spirit's nature receded, the optic nerve is again 'registering' current real time surroundings.
During such an event, know that the soldier is not seeing real time and just clear the path to keep him safe until the ions are discharged down to a level, where his soul-mind can again take charge.
I have worked with many Vietnam Vets. And through the use of the basic Access Imagery program combined with 'washing' agitated combat scenarios with God's healing Energies, or biophoton energy, the agitated configuration was reduced down to a level that eliminated ionic discharge and posttraumatic symptoms.
Outside of working with Access Imagery, a soldier can use up excessive ions by participating in high-energy sports, such as soccer, football, mountain biking, running, etc. But, know that the traumatic agitation is not eliminated and will continue to discharge excessive amounts of ions.
