Dr. Mitchell said that "Aliens have contacted humans several times, but governments have hidden the truth for 60 years." He also said that he was aware of many UFO visits to Earth during his time at NASA. However each one was always covered up. He said that he has "been privileged enough to be in on the fact that we have been visited on this planet." He also said that "The UFO phenomena is real, but it has been covered up by our governments for quite a long time." He continued saying "There is more nonsense out there about this than real knowledge, but it is a real phenomena and has been well covered up by all our governments."

These aliens were described by him as "little people, who look strange to us." One can only assume that he was referring too the "Grays".

He was asked if he thought that these aliens were hostile. He stated that our technology is "not nearly as sophisticated" as theirs "had they been hostile", then "we would have been gone by now".

Dr. Mitchell believes that the information is slowly being leaked out and there is now enough evidence that all one has to do is to listen to international news or search the Internet to find this information.

He said that he does not know when there will be official disclosure from the US government, but it has already been happening in other countries like; Belgium, France, Mexico and Brazil. He said he sees less attempts now by our government to cover-up this information and that he believes we are headed towards real disclosure, but he has no idea to how quick it will happen.

Dr. Mitchell was asked if he was concerned for his own safety for coming forth with this information. He said that he feels that there is no longer much of concern, but at one time people were actually eliminated for trying to talk.

When NASA was contacted to get their response to Dr. Mitchell comments, their reply was:

"NASA does not track UFOs.
NASA is not involved in any sort of cover up about alien life on this planet or anywhere in the universe. Dr Mitchell is a great American, but we do not share his opinion on this issue."

My Thoughts on Disclosure

Dr. Mitchell has done this country a great service by rattling the cages of the mainstream press and helping to bring us a big step closer to disclosure.

It still amazes me when one tries to talk to some people about UFOs and aliens and their faces turn to disbelief and their eyes start looking away as if you are just another nut. Dr. Mitchell mentioned in his interview that over 70 percent of the people in this country now believe we are being visited. I have heard this countless times from many sources, but I very much question its accuracy just from my own experience of talking to many people about this subject.
