Bobby Kennedy was another. They wrestled the gun away from Sirhan Sirhan. He told the police the gun was thrown at him by guess who? - a man in black. Another person in the kitchen told the authorities he saw a man all dressed in black run out of the kitchen after the shooting occurred.
Why starting in the late 50s and 60s the MIBs started to take over an enigmatic state of terror in the UfO community. Like Albert Bender, John Keel and even myself was followed by these denizens of the night. Mysterious and often even paranormal events would occur where they went. The Rex Heflin UFO incident is another of those MIB encounters.
When they tried to find out who the man was the US Air Force told them it was nobody from the US Air Force: strange but true.
The history of the United States is filled with these denizens of the unexplainable.
Often they would show up right after a UFO sighting…but before it was reported!
So what or who are the MIBs? I do not know. Are they mind-controllers; are they invisible residents; are they from the government; are they the inhabitants of UFOs? No one seems to know.
Even John Keel mentioned them showing up in Point Pleasant during the 1966 Mothman sightings! It is obvious that they want people silenced. An investigator I knew was shot as he talked to me on a phone.
Like witches of the past and reports of the grinning man they are in our folklore and perhaps here to stay. They are just one more mystery in the ongoing enigmatic folklore of this wild and crazy planet.
