Stonehenge and the Monolith. Was Arthur C. Clarke Right?

Just like the Ark of the Covenant of Moses used to communicate between Yahweh and his people. Many crop circles are formed near by Stonehenge one wonders if there are any connections. I wonder why others haven't said anything about this but Arthur C. Clarke maybe right. The only other explanation is that repair was done on this in the 1900's by restoration crews but I have found no information on it. If they did then the Tourist brochures need to reflect this but they don't. If anybody else has ideas of what this is please contact me at my email. It would be pretty cool if it is a Monolith. It would be evidence of advanced technology from an advanced civilization.
When man explores the moon more fully he may see a Monolith there.
Arthur C Clarke may have been a prophet as well as an awesome science fiction writer.
