Finally;
Those of us listening can hear the approaching hoof beats of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Quite soon now this world ruler will ride out of Rome on his white horse with Caesars cry on his lips, and, like Richard the third, to his brief, bloody kingdom and eternal infamy.

This picture of objects from my collection has a Bronze Roman spear head from first century Israel. It might even have been mounted on a legionnaire's Pilum. The classical size for the head grew from three to nine inches in later centuries. The Pilum warheads were made of hard iron or bronze mounted in (or forged to) soft easily bendable shafts. The pyramidal chisel pointed arrowheads on the left are Greek iron armor piercing military points from the BCE classical period. The Obsidian arrowheads on the right are Egyptian, from centuries before Christ.
