The flood caused by Nibiru / Eris when the planet entered our solar system for the penultimate time, nearly 7200 years ago, destroyed the cities of gods and their mines and made impossible for archeologists to discover the remaining sites/ruins.
Today, only the old Sumerian drawings and ancients' writings are still visible. Some of these drawings represent massive constructions with wood or cane structures, thought to be shelters for animals.
But Zecharia Sitchin, in his book,"
The Twelfth Planet", has a different opinion , which I also find the correct one:
"This explanation is contradicted by the pillars erected through their roofs … These << pillars >> bear one or more pairs of << rings >> , their role has not been determined yet/being determined … would it be possible that these objects were transmission antennas ? were these objects transmitter/receiver antennas? Were the pairs of transmitting rings placed right there, on the ground to guide the spacecrafts? Were these pillars the << all - seeing eyes >> of the gods, also mentioned in the Sumerian writings? What we know is that these objects were connected to portable devices, because of the numerous drawings representing << divine objects >> shaped as boxes and transported by boat … Such apparently supernatural equipment - which made it possible to communicate with a deity though the deity was physically somewhere else - became objects of veneration, << sacred cult symbols >.
Temples at Lagash, Ur, Mari and other ancient sites included among their devotional objects << eye idols >>.
But the most correct representation and functioning of such a box can be found in the Bible - the ark built by Moses following the directions he received from Yahweh/Anu during the 80 days he spent on Mount Sinai, in His glory/spaceship.
"Have them make a chest of acacia wood - two and a half cubits long ( about 150 cm - A / N ) , a cubit and a half wide ( about 90 cm - A / N ) , and a cubit and a half high"
( Exodus 25: 10 ).
The next directions Moses received were due to the fact that a mere wooden box would be impractical for communication purposes.
"Place the mercy cover on top of the ark and put in the ark the Testimony , which I will give you.
There , above the cover between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the Testimony , I will meet with you and give you all my commands for the children of Israel"
( Exodus 25:
21 - 22 ).
