We have academics interested in physics, science, astronomy, archaeology, anthropology and other university level subjects.

Presently, we are doing research on ET UFOs and searching for clues on alien hybrid types some that are human types simply infused with alien DNA and some are known as Sasquatch of Big Foot.

There are many different special interests groups in Ace Folklife organization that all came together under one algorithm and heading as one U.S. nonprofit with interests in assisting empowering individuals, the community , and the world in future cultural changes. We use art, culture, education, folklife, awareness, communication and e-text among other things.

This is hard to explain because it is considered an ACE Dictum Epistemology. There is concern for the global environment and all living beings and creatures that live on earth.

We also have permanent mass appeal to the general public with a G rating in videos.

G is for general rating and/or in our organization for general education subjects that are considered hobbies for the general populace and have certain club members that have formed special interest groups with niche interest in folklife, folklore and folk music. We follow ICANN rules and our members must be over 18 to get on line in our virtual reality mode.

We are concerned about all life but specially humans, bears, porpoises, dolphins, eagles, and this is a brief explanation of a dictum epistemology that a human man with a nickname of bear requested. Bear is a Shaman Healer on earth who is concerned for his kind, as human kind and certain spiritual reincarnations also known as Big Foot. Some scientists believe they are a form of ape human, others believe they are a bear human or alien hybrid mix.

There are upright human bear types also known as bears that are like humans and walk upright also known as Sasquatch who are called the protectors of Mother Nature.

There are concerns because they are also protecting humans and most Native American Indians Shamans and those of North, Latin, and Central America have a common bond with these human bear creatures. I did not know they existed until I was driving a big truck in the USA and saw one after midnight in Missouri and another in Mississippi. I began searching for clues.

We are concerned for everyone and everything on earth as a dictum epistemology for the Ascension Center. This will explain our purpose in being.

There are some creatures on earth who look like human beings and then their are the protectors of humans and protectors of Mother Nature as two energy types that are not in balance at this time. The human beings are causing an imbalance by drilling for fossil fuels that are causing the bears, such as the Polar, Kodiak and Brown bears to name a few to become hostile towards humans. Humans are upsetting the balance of nature on earth.

This information if for the Librarian from the Founder of the Ascension Center based on earlier information received over a lifetime to be shared.

We the sentient intelligent beings of the Ascension Center are willing to assist in the Abrahamic faith of all not just Christians, Jews, and Muslims who believe in God, angels, prophets, day of judgment. and human life.

There is a publisher on earth that is requesting more information about extraterrestrials, unidentified flying objects, and ascension center education. All of this is to be shared and syndicated freely to the public as public domain information so that everyone and no being is to be excluded from knowing this information or at least being told orally about this information so that they can know the information has been made available to all beings.

This is a general outline of terms used for framing content to the Librarian and for media communication. Public health and education is an important issue and always will be while there are living beings on planet earth. The Ascension Center is about offering the raising of consciousness through education using art, culture, education, e-text, folklife, and epistemology, as a dictum or authoritative statement.

An explanation for the work and the world was requested from the Librarian to be named the Dictum Epistemology to follow up with knowledge and understanding to be offered to the public as a whole. In order for the energy to be disseminated properly there has to be some framing of content for all.

Framing content for value to the total population to desire to change is the new ET UFO paragon or model of perfection. Only 51% of the total global population is needed to affect the critical mass model or paradigm. A paradox is an absurd but possibly true statement.

Extra terrestrial unidentified flying objects are now seen by humans as are crop circles. these are the portraits of the new landscape using ascension algorithms for the new paradigm as an ET UFO paragon as a global paradigm paradox called the Ascension Center Education Paragon.

Those of us who believe in Extraterrestrials and Unidentified Flying Objects believe in change in the future of those on earth that includes awareness, communication, education, which will include ET UFO artificial intelligence, and stealth technology to be used and later evaluated by higher intelligences in the universe that come and go from galaxies which include planet earth. The Ascension Center will be offering an acclimation process.

How this affects our health concerns, and future values as a whole species includes the total landscape of the planet and all the earth´s inhabitants.

This includes all living things, all mammals, animals, insects, trees, plants,

Or plants, animals, and minerals.

Depending on where one is located on planet earth also depends on one´s values as a portrait in a landscape. Whether one feels that they can affect an outcome of their environment presently depends on where one is located or born and raised with cultural traditions and values in society.

If one lives in Canada, North American, Brazil, Venezuela, of the United Kingdom, or are governed by these countries governments and policies, then chances are that one believes in them being able to do anything and become anything and if one does not then it is their own fault. The other parts of the world are in a gray area based on many religious beliefs that are outdated and outmoded.

This means that the beings that live in these areas have a cultural philosophy that is more in line with social values with democracy, freedom, and compassion included in the governments ruling policies for the land, nation state, countries, and continents.

This leaves a lot of the world left to a way of thinking that the world outside of each individual being is outside controls and influences that one being cannot change. There are beings that own billions in assets but will not make it through the eye of the needle or to the Promised Land they believe to be heaven. Energy of the future earth will not be compromised or controlled by certain corporations and treaties among governments alone. Help is on the way in many forms that will be considered to some a paradox in the next few years. There are reasons to change in the near future. The earth is in need of attention.

Has the world considered why the animals and protectors of Mother Nature seem to be more hostile than in times past? There are reasons that the animals are becoming more sensitive in their hearing and smelling abilities. They are part of the future influence of the vibration of change. While some beings are thinking up or down, there are the animals feeling the cosmic algorithms as vibrations. There is a shift in vibration. The animals realize the velocity of recent vibrations that are resonating in the earth caused by the sentient intelligent being species inhabiting earth which is their home and Mother Nature does take care of herself even if those who are living on her as inhabitants is not. All the theories and stories are al boiling down to algorithms. There is some specific orientation needed in specific fundamentalism of democracy.

For instance these models can be explained by some computer scientists who may be used in the future instead of math. In other words algorithms versus math in the 21st century. For instance; O (II (D<) +N and O (2H (D<) n logs n). -0(II (D<) +n) and this is being entertained by Jose Luis Bonilla, a Physicist in Mexico City to assist another media communication expert in India. We at the Ascension Center dba Ace Folklife Nonprofit Inc. are challenging people to use their education for the global future regarding epistemology algorithms.

In other words, or another way to say this is we are listening to people of Science and their plea to the world for assistance and understanding. The government policy makers are under the old regime of belief in control by religions and cultural societies based on ancient traditions with very little change. We are willing to work toward future change.

This was requested by the Librarian of the Ascension Center for the Ascension Center also created by the people, the known ET UFO community, by the people and for the people of earth to share in a common center of earth in the balance.

When one thinks of the world these days, we see that their have been holy wars and governments desiring to rule over the continents assets based on world supply and demand of all countries and their inhabitants. This is a separation deviant attitude used as a determinant to control power.

This is the sum of the products of a matrix as in math. A matrix is how the world has been described in the twentieth century and displayed in a movie called the Matrix. The movie made an impact on many beings and this was followed up with movies and books like the Da Vinci Code which also has important meaning for the mass population who was able to view movies.

Not everyone is allowed the knowledge, communication, and awareness that books and movies bring to society and individuals. The matrix is explained as that which forms or determines and an example is a mold.

In math, a rectangular array of quantities, such as a determinant. A determinant is that which determines; a determining factor. In math, the sum of the products of the matrix. Math is Mathematics, a science of numbers in all their relations and applications. Mathematics is from the Greek maintaining, to learn; mathematics originally covered a much wider area of the sciences that it does now.

Language is from French langage (from Latin lingua, tongue). The spelling was influenced by French langue, tongue. Language is the aggregate of words composing a system of communication between persons in speech or writing. Some languages are a system peculiar to a country, race, and culture, and society, community, used as an expression of thought in anyway. Linguistics and diction is also language. Linguistics is the study of structure and development of language, and diction is the manner of expression or choice of words in speaking and writing, and enunciation.

A dictum is a positive authority or statement. An epistemology is the study of the nature, basis, limits, and validity of human knowledge. An epistle is a written communication as in a letter or formal discourse once used as apostolic in the New Testament. E pluribus Unum is from Latin meaning one out of many and is the motto of the United States of America. An eponym is a person (real of imaginary) for whom something is named.

Ascension Center is an eponym for the E pluribus Unum or one out of many. The Ascension Center is the one dictum epistemology of many sentient intelligent beings. It is the intention of the Ascension Center to create a balance, a state of rest of balance through equality of counteracting forces on earth. There are two equinoxes annually on earth. The equinoxes occur on March 21 and September 22 all over the world. This is when in the world both night and day are of equal length.

These are the dates we will use on earth with the Ascension Center of equipoise, or measure equal distribution of weight as a counterbalance. A counterbalance is a weight or influence offsetting another. The Ascension Center is offset with a counterbalance or counterculture. A counterculture is a subculture whose values and habits differ from those of society. The Ascension Center is about bringing back help to the world and the ET UFO Community needs to hold that thought.

An algorithm is the system of Arabic numbers used in calculation and arithmetic. The word comes from algorism the name of an Arab mathematician al-Khuwarizmi, the man of Khuwarizm. Algorithm arose in the 17th century as an alternative spelling. Algorithm is a method of computation. This will be a new way to compute our knowledge and the communication thereof in the twenty first century based on using computers on the Internet and World Wide Web that has been created on earth with the secret ingredient or guidance of the extraterrestrials that left behind parts of a crashed ET UFO in Roswell, New Mexico.

Ufology is the study of UFOs. Ace Folklife is the study of sentient intelligent beings. A is for archeology, anthropology, ascension, art, and awareness, C is for center, culture, communication and conscience, E is for e-text, education, epistemology, and extraterrestrials. E-text is in digital form as available on the Internet. Folklife is life of the people in general, all people including all classes whether common, poor, or elite classes. Folksy means informal, friendly and unpretentious.

We will use this epistle to the Librarian of the Ascension Center who is conducting the administration and formation of the Ace Folklife Nonprofit Incorporation in the United States of America as a learning tool and paper framing the content or a portrait of a landscape for the general public.

This is information, knowledge, and a reference to be made public by the founder of the Ascension Center doing business as A C E, also known as The Ascension Center using the e-text available on the Internet as the www.acefolklife.com.

It is hoped that this information will assist in framing content in public relations and public affairs among governments and policy makers in the future of earth. The Ace Folklife nonprofit incorporation is a faith based community initiative not for profit organization.

The Ace Folklife nonprofit will be about explaining the informal ways that will be used for the entire population as an entitlement to empowerment through e-text as an ET UFO paragon global paradigm paradox that could be useful in the future on earth. This is offered to bring together the assets and resources of the entire planet and population that only needs 50% plus 1 to make a difference in the world, the galaxy, and the universe.

There is comfort offered in knowing that we will create a business and marketing plan of sorts based on the old and new principalities in an earth´s democracy or government by the people who believe in political and social equality in general with certain understandings of a global mobilization of forces as a force majeure. A force majeure is French for superior force or law as an unavoidable and unanticipated event that may force the cancellation of a contract.

We will include everyone and exclude no sentient intelligent being on earth.

This is simply a democratic way to proceed with rules, laws, and regulations to prevent chaos while rewriting order in the future of the sentient intelligent beings species while living on earth without having to have the extra terrestrial superior intelligences to intervene, yet offering beings on earth guidance in the evolution of humankind as an inferior young species.

Everyone is entitled to communicate in e-text on the Internet which will be kept as an international public utility for awareness, knowledge, and communication worldwide on all continents and locations of cultural societies and for all individual beings as portraits in the landscape of the complete earth as seen from above in electronic digital data. There will be a virtual reality world created as a general public domain for all to participate.

The Supreme Allied Council and the Galaxy Allied Federation has approved this message through the Allied LRC via energy employed through wormhole communication travel faster than the speed of light.
