What in Sam Hill is going on in the UK?

Twice this week stories have appeared featuring captured images of UFOs. In this case it was during a live broadcast.

I'll bet that woke the folks up whilst eating their stirabout.

I believe that England and France (have been chosen or) are vying/maneuvering to become the first nation that discloses UFO reality, leaving the United States "naked in the street" like the King in "The Emperor's New Clothes".

England is rapidly exposing its populace to UFO events through mass media
("bringing them up to speed" as we say in the USA
< No offense, Nick Pope, this only means you've succeeded).

Who will be first?

England?
France...?

Vladimir Putin's recent dive into Lake Baikal in a miniature submarine after the Russians disclosed their underwater UFO files cannot be underestimated in its significance and shock value. This is a telling hint that UFO Disclosure is now a very serious geopolitical subject (and mass media prop) in the global theatrics now developing and being staged around UFO Disclosure.

Could Vladimir Putin have been trying to communicate with the ETs who were seen in Lake Baikal by Russian divers (resulting in the deaths of 3 divers)?

One could say that Putin was quite literally "testing the waters" of UFO Disclosure via Siberia.
