Antarctic Ice
In 1930, Admiral Richard Byrd established a base in Antarctica. Since that time, the ice has piled higher, so that of his 110 foot radio towers, just a few feet now protrude above the icy surface. At that rate, the ice sheet of Antarctica is only 7,000 years old, not a million. But since the build-up must have been more rapid during the 1200ad to 1850ad little Ice Age, it is probably very much younger even than 7,000 years. Ancient maps exist showing Antarctica before the ice came revealing details only recently verified.

A gold necklace was found embedded in a lump of coal. A metal spike was discovered in a silver mine in Peru. An iron implement was found in a Scottish coalbed. Estimated to be millions of years older than man is believed to have existed. A metal, bell-shaped vessel, inlaid with a silver floral design was blasted out of solid rock near Dorchester, Massachusetts. http://www.mm2000.nu/sphinxi.html.
Lost Aircraft On Greenland
In 1943 several aircraft were abandoned on the Greenland ice cap. In the 1980’s, they were located beneath 240 feet of ice. Buried by an ice accumulation of 6 feet per year in the great ”global warming” period of the mid 20th century... Simple mathematics will show you that during the little Ice Age between 1340 and 1880 likely 10 feet of ice accumulated per year, resulting over that 500 year span of the present One mile thick ice sheet.
After all, the University of Berkley has maps of Greenland from BEFORE 1340 showing almost no ice on Greenland and Antarctica.

There have been vast climatic change throughout history. Despite the current frenzy about "global warming", it has all happened before! The ancient world was much colder than today. Archaeology has shown that the sea levels were some 20-30 feet lower than today. The entire middle east was covered by dense forests with abundant rain. this continued through the Roman period. North Africa was the fertile fields where most of the grain was grown for the Roman Empire. From 600-800 there was a period of Earth upheaval resulting in a 200 year period of ice age, plague and famine...A large cometary body did in fact closely graze the Earth in recorded history...terrifying everyone...http://www.intersurf.com/~chalcedony/AxelHeiberg2.html
