 An article published by www.come4news.com (April 30, 2007) says that the German researchers at the Max Planck Institute for Scientific Studies are trying to explain the current warming of the Earth because of the increasing solar activity.
Analyzing the radioactive isotopes of the fossilized trees that were alive thousands of years ago, the solar activity strongly influencing their appearance, they concluded that this activity has increased in the last 60 years currently being almost at the same level as 8200 years ago.
It is also mentioned that previous studies revealed that 8200 years ago a sudden warming of the planet generated the melting of the polar ice field and the massive flow of sweet water from the ice field to the North Atlantic (which contains salty water) which disrupted so much the Gulf Stream that the North hemisphere suddenly plunged into a permanent and deep coldness.It took more than one century for the balance between the sweet water and salty water to be restored and the temperature to return to normal. Therfore, the climate warming generated an important chillness.
Such researches are conducted all over the world. For instance, writer S. Zoreanu published a book called"2012 - The Apocalypse Year or the Great Translation ?":

Various anomalies are happening also on the Moon, not only on Earth.The Romanian journal"Magazin"(May 31, 2006) mentioned that the night star suffered a decrease of its diameter in the last 50 years, from 3.888 km. to 3700 km., a process which can lead to devastating tides and to an accelerated melting of the Poles. The relevant studies were conducted by a team of Swiss astronomers at the Observatory in Zurich supervised by Dr. Alfred Zeeiman.
However, the today lack of information on the consequences of the Planet of the Kingdom - Eris / Nibiru's entering in our solar system is successfully supplied by the Sumerian descriptions of its penultimate passing between Mars and Jupiter, nearly 7200 years ago, and by the prophets of the Bible who described its last travel of 3600 years ago:
