ANNA was a geodetic research satellite with the primary missions of measuring the strength and direction of the Earth's gravitational field, locating the centre of the Earth's mass and marking off positions on the Earth.

“Enigma on the Moon: The lunar laboratory placed by Apollo mission astronauts had mysteriously stopped functioning for one month then recovered to perform better than before, announced NASA. NASA indicated in an official statement that the assembled scientific apparatuses onboard the laboratory had, for unknown reasons, ceased sending information on January 18, 1976 and had started transmitting again on February 19. The machine, which had been put in place in February 1971, was designed to function for 2 or 3 years. One of the enigmas concerns the instruments for measuring the charge of the particles in the lunar environment which had never worked during the day and which now function perfectly!”

A similar phenomenon occurred to the American space shuttle “Challenger.”

From the newspaper “Le Monde,” Monday, August 5, 1985: “Flight of Challenger… Other good news for those in charge of the mission is that the optical polarimeter control, assembled on the IPS and intended for the study of solar magnetic fields, has also restarted. This was a “sudden, unforeseen and unexplained reanimation,” according to a spokesman for Lockheed, the firm which built the instrument package at a cost of 4.5 million dollars…”

Let us point out the case of the French satellite METEOSAT, with which was associated mysterious signals. (From “The Lorraine Republican,” November 11, 1977, reprinted in “Ufologia” no. 2, 1978): Mr. Pierre Usunier, director of the division of the ballistic and space systems of Aerospace stated that: ”During the French rocket tests, unexplainable radioelectric signals were recorded…“

This is a great revelation!!! A sentence fraught with weight! Who paid attention to this revelation?

On pages 114 to 119 of the book by Alfred Nahon, “The Moon and Its Challenges for Science,” (ed. Mount Blanc, 1973) additional information on similar cases is presented ...

Page 114: “An unexplainable event happened. It was revealed that the sleep of the three Apollo 9 astronauts had been disturbed four times in the night by mysterious radio emissions… ” (This statement appeared in The Parisian - “Release” of March 5, 1969.)

Then, on page 165 Mr. Nahon refers to “Perception by the Apollo 12 astronauts (in November 1969) of radio transmissions on board not coming from the Earth.” (This statement appeared in the review, “Lights in the Night,” April, 1970.)

From Alfred Nahon, p.114 and 115, we learn that the aeronautical manufacturer Lockheed recorded “an unusual unidentified telemetric signal” lasting more than ten minutes, on the frequency of 20.003 megacycles, in the afternoon of November 26, 1958! It is known that the signals were similar to - though not ex actly the same as - the telemetric signals of Sputnik I.

Page 115: “That occurred one month before the launching of the Russian rocket Miechta! "

And here, from an article published in “The Press” on November 10, 1957: ”Strange radiophonic signals were heard, indicating that a shining object, larger than a star, preceded Sputnik II by several hours through the sky over Oslo.

“In Sydney, Australia, the observatory noted a point of light which preceded the cylindrical satellite by a good six minutes.

“In The Hague, Holland, an observer saw a strange unidentified object."

Quoting Henri Bordeleau in his book, “I Solved the Mystery of the Flying Saucers,” ed. Nefer Company, January 1970, page 40: “Thus, it would seem that since the Fifties, ‘this mysterious phenomenon X’ has been at work and practising … imitation!!!”

Alfred Nahon states on page 165 that during the Soyuz 11 mission... “Not only the telephone link but also the telemetric link stopped abruptly and simultaneously…!!!”

On page 115 and 116 of Alfred Nahon: “On February 1, 1959, new ‘unknown’ signals were received by the German observatory at Bochum, with 4 transmissions of 20.004 megacycles - still! It was not from a new artificial terrestrial satellite. These signals, which resulted in the letters ‘AAL,’ emitted for 1.6 second with intervals from 0.3 to 0.4 second, were received from three to six minutes after those of Sputnik 3 and were perfectly distinct in their tonality and power. On the night of February 2, ‘mysterious’ radiophonic signals were collected by the Center of Microwaves of Florence.”

We will conclude with the case of signals coming from… our satellite, the Moon!!! (See p.116 and 118 of the book by Alfred Nahon where he quotes from an article written by the researcher Joseph André entitled “Is the Moon Inhabited?” This article appeared in “The Interplanetary Mail,” February 1, 1957):

“It occurred in the spring of 1932, and also in December of 1932! These ‘strange waves’ were received each day for two months, for two hours during the passage of the Moon to the meridian line!”

Technicians are still befuddled by this mysterious “phenomenon X which disturbs our space technology”!!!.

This phenomenon persists from 1963 to the present!!!
