The Birth of Christ caused the 'Extraterrestrial' Fallen Angels to Tremble
by Stephen Yulish PhD

Posted: 12:30 December 3, 2008

“Today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior who is Christ the Lord” (Luke 2:11)

“The demons (extraterrestrials) also believe and tremble “ (James 2:19)

December 25 is fast approaching and we all know that it will be Christmas time. We should all remember that this is the day we celebrate as the birth of the Savior, Christ the Lord. We all need to remember that it is ultimately not about getting presents or about Santa Claus or Christmas trees or snowmen or reindeer or jingle bells. Jesus is the reason for the season and His free gifts of forgiveness of our sins and of eternal life are the greatest presents we could ever hope to obtain demonstrating God’s love for all of us in spite of our misdeeds and unbelief.

“God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

I know that Jesus was probably not born on December 25 but more likely it was in October during the Jewish holiday of Succoth or Tabernacles. His being born in a manger was in all likelihood a booth or tabernacle. The early Roman Church moved the birth date to December 25 or the Winter Solstice, the day of the pagan orgy of Saturnalia, most likely to win over converts. And I know that the early Church Father, Origen, did not believe in celebrating birthdays. I know all that and still celebrate the birth of our Savior on that date anyway as a matter of tradition like the Fiddler on the Roof. No big deal. Lighten up! It is the thought that counts.

And, did you ever think about how the birth of Christ some 2000 years ago split historical time forever? All the time before His birth is recorded as BC or Before Christ and all the time afterwards as the Years of our Lord, or Anno Domini or AD. Even the Jews and other non believers and historians and scientists who would rather use the nomenclature of BCE or Before the Common Era and CE Common Era still use the birth of Christ as the demarcation of this so called Common Era! Unbelievable isn’t it?

The Hebrew prophet, Isaiah, prophesized about the birth of the Messiah, some seven hundred years before His birth.

“A child will be born to us, a son will be given to us and the government will rest on His shoulders and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace” (Isaiah 9:6). Isaiah also accurately predicted that He would be “born of a virgin” (Isaiah 7:14).
