Religion would have us believe that all we have achieved since our creation has been a waste of time, because we are destined to be destroyed at the time of Armageddon. It is pointless and destructive to always permit such ideas of self-destruction based on our abilities to advance.
Religious texts are full of warnings and demands that provoke fear in the minds of followers that dare to ask questions and demand answers.
Religions have built in protection modes in the sense that anyone wanting to acquire higher knowledge of self, are considered blasphemous and ill willed in the face of the Godhead.
The evidence is clear that the universe is full of countless stars, which must support carbon flesh based life forms such as our human civilization. While the universe is old as time itself there are civilizations in all levels of evolution existing simultaneously.
As with our own Solar System and Galaxy, these civilizations are walled off from one and another by distance and gravity, preventing any mid-level civilization still secular in its mindset from advancing out into other areas and infecting that race of beings with destructive thoughts of superstitions of suppression. If we are to ever discover the answers to UFOs, extraterrestrials and our place in the grand scheme of things, we must overcome ideals of religious bondage that prevents our advancement as a civilization and our ability to reach the stars.
