The Caribbean location more than likely places this city close to the edges of the Bermuda Triangle. It could be that this city is so vast that it surrounds Caribbean islands below certain depths to extend over a vast area of both the Caribbean Sea and part of the Atlantic.
The idea that an alien civilization could be living at such depths below the sea is not a foolish one at all if one takes into consideration the technology necessary to travel such great distances of deep space and that of multidimensional travel as such a civilization surely must be able to be here in the first place.
It is interesting times we live in at present and such discoveries will increase in number over the next coming years.
