The following information is part of the second chapter in UFO Digest*s on-going presentation of excerpts from the book by Doc Edwards, Alien And Extra-Terrestrial Religion And Spirituality. Learning to access and use this little-known Gamma brainwave frequency is the secret that will allow anyone to easily see the alien, extra-terrestrial life forms that are continually around us, as well as many other, what we might casually call, paranormal circumstances and events.

AUTHORS NOTE: The unusual (and perhaps controversial, at least to many) information presented in the article that follows was taken directly from my notes and transcripts as I recorded them in session with my *sources.* These are the same sources responsible for all that is contained in this book. For the lack of any other explanation, I always identify these unusual sources by using the plural pronoun *they* or *them* .

Out of all the possibilities that exist within the many dimensions that make-up both the seen and the unseen universe, still the average human being--- at least the great majority of them --- are only personally aware of one, small dimension that we fondly, affectionately, and I might add, loosely call, *our everyday reality.* It is an undisputed fact, one that clearly attests to the absolute, non-negotiable desire on the part of the great and anonymous majority of most of humanity on this planet that we should only see and experience, and thus ultimately accept, only as *real* that reality which the consensus of the majority says is reality.

The bottom-line here --- at least for the majority of us --- is that we will only accept as what we would call *really real* only those things that we are most familiar with, based of course, on the proven unreliable testimony of our feeble five physical senses. This is the reality that we, who are ostensibly physical (humans), find ourselves locked into from birth. This is the reality where we find our food, our shelter, our romantic relationships, as well as all other things we call *physical.* Indeed, one could say that this reality, which science refers to as the *Beta-focused reality,* because it is seen, perceived, and tactically experienced, registering and translating itself into what the human brain identifies and cognates as the one, valid, all-important-to-the-survival-of-the-species reality when the human brain/mind is emitting a brainwave frequency between approximately 14 to 30 cycles per second (Hz) in brainwave language. As narrow as this limited Beta-perspective might seem --- especially when you consider that there are possibly many, many other just as valid perspectives --- at least for those entities or beings with the necessary brain/mind software to register and experience them.

Because of this, human beings are, for the most part, strictly mono-focused and certainly experientially pre-conditioned to only admit into the perception of their brains that sense bearing data that fully corroborates and validates the collective and agreed upon view of reality that we have always called, *our everyday reality and world.* As a direct consequence of this, only the narrowest, little slice, out of all the possible dimensions that might actually exist in the universe, is perceived by the average human mind/brain; though, strangely, neuroscientists tell us that the human mind has been well equipped by Mother Nature, obviously since its creation, to be capable of viewing and perceiving many other modalities of reality, other than just this narrow, little bit of viewpoint we call our everyday world.

As they say, "there's a whole *nother* world out there" --- or should I say,*worlds with a capitol *S* --- that is, of course,* once you learn how to see them.

It is as if the average human, from the time of his or her birth, came into this world of space and time with a self-imposed patch over one eye and therefore predisposed to spend the rest of their lives viewing life from this limited one-eyed perspective. However, as you will soon come to see, there is a way to remove this patch limiting your vision, and thereby open untold vistas of reality to view and experience, realities that most would now only dare dream to exist. The secret lies in learning to control the brainwave emissions induced in our brain/mind.

The fact that the human brain has been pre-wired to view and experience realities, which are not normally encountered by human beings, is something that has puzzled scientists for decades. Scientists ask the question: Why is it we humans have this potential and capacity*unless, of course, those realities are as real and viable as our everyday reality --- and just as available to human perception and experience? The big question then becomes, *How do you go about accessing this possibility?*

My unusual sources, that is, *those* who are furnishing the in-depth and scientifically advanced information for this dissertation, say that, indeed, these realities are every bit as available to humans --- and have always been so --- once a person learns how to properly access them through learning to change their internal perspective, usually through a meditative or psycho-imaginative process which literally becomes the mind's software, so to speak, whereby these higher states can be achieved. Since we are becoming more and more aware of life-forms that experience their reality and life at these higher frequencies, naturally it behooves us to learn to induce these frequencies at will.

This, more than anything else, explains why some people see flying saucers and alien life-forms, and some don't: Obviously, some people can easily, and quite unknowingly, induce this higher perspective that automatically opens human perception to these alternate realities. Along these same lines, it would seem --- or so human experience seems to dictate --- that so-called spiritual manifestations, such as ghosts (earthbound spirit-bodies of those who have passed on, as well as poltergeist activity) often and frequently occur at these higher frequencies. Of course, as it was explained to me, the actual Spiritual World, that is, the world of first-causes from which all other lower worlds derive, exists and is experienced at vibrational and frequency levels that are much, much higher than the GAMMA frequency. The existence of these other worlds and other realities necessitates that the human of the future will have to come to grips with, and master, the full scope and range of that human potential that now lies untapped, unused, and dormant in most of humanity, dormant --- almost since our beginnings on this planet.

All of the worlds great religious and spiritual traditions reaffirm the truth of this fact. Of course, throughout human history, there have always existed those special individuals who could easily, almost naturally, experience, interact with, and see these higher, even spiritual realities. The ancient evidence for this special human ability abounds in the testimony, experience, and witnessing by others of the seeming supernatural feats and spiritual insights offered and recorded by the many mystics, saints, holy men, and avatars who have walked this earth from time to time, such great spiritual revelators as Jesus, Moses, Joshua, Paul of Tarsus, Mohammad, and countless others who have given us this testimony and proof in their many spiritual writings.

However, it should be understood that, because of this inborn, natural proclivity inherent within all humans to be capable of accessing and experiencing these alternate views of so-called, other, HIGHER dimensional realities, this alone implies that it is also the eventual destiny of all men to walk in these unknown worlds as easily as they walk in this world of, what we would call, space and time. As you are even now coming to understand, this is an ability that is available to all men, once you understand how to access and induce in your own consciousness and awareness this secret mind-set, this higher vibrational frequency (Gamma) that only a few in the past have known how to tap and use to experience other worlds and other realities.

As I am sure you are now coming to see, the determining factor as to whether one can see these other worlds and those who inhabit them, or any reality, for that matter, including the one we humans are so familiar with, is determined wholly by the predominant frequency of the brainwave pattern of the observer,or perhaps I should say, the experiencer, that is, the one who is participating in the experiences of that particular reality. Now, that is not to say, as many often conclude, that all reality, what we call physical or otherwise, is created and sustained totally and exclusively by our human perception of it, as earthly quantum physicists mistakenly presume, but rather our personal experience and view of any and all realities is determined by the perception we have of that reality as that perception is induced and supported by our individual brainwave activity. We must come to understand that these realities --- just as does the reality of our everyday world --- exist as totally independent constructs,* or the better word might be, gestalts in the great sea of consciousness that the universe is en mass.

In order to fully understand and comprehend all of this, it might help for us to think of the human mind as both a type of television broadcasting station, which broadcasts this live, on-the-air show of our everyday reality through brainwave activity, measured in hertz units, and as also the receiving TV set that lets us experience the show thus received as the actual manifestation of our everyday reality. So, by simply tuning up or down on the hertz frequency channel (our brainwave emissions) we can learn to view any *reality-show* that we might choose to see, alternate realities or otherwise. This is the process, which we can actually learn to induce, by which all humans can learn to utilize the ancient, DNA-embedded equipment with which we were borne, equipment that will allow us to see and witness all of these various, so-called, interstellar visitors (aliens), just as well as we might see our own next door neighbors.

In other words, what we actually see, and therefore experience as a perceptive, cognitive reality, is determined, for the most part, by the particular, dominant frequency and brainwave pattern at which the human brain is attuned at any particular moment, which in most cases of normal human perception would be in the range of what is popularly called, the Beta frequency which is approximately14cps (cycles per second ) to 30cps (measured in Hertz).

As I was informed by my sources, all paranormal activity and so-called alternate realities, including that reality in which all alien and extra -terrestrial life forms exist and appear , can be experienced and perceived by all humans who have a natural tendency for, or those who are capable of learning to induce, the brainwave frequency range existing slightly above this 14cps to 30cps range that of our everyday reality is broadcast and viewed at; this higher frequency is called the GAMMA range, which vibrates at approximately 30cps (cycles per second) to 100 cps (measured in Hertz) in frequency terminology. This is a range experienced commonly by many meditators and yogis and others who have a, more or less, natural proclivity for being able to fall automatically at will, or otherwise, into this frequency range.

When you stop to think about it, this is mind-blowing stuff! The potential it suggests for the rest of us is staggering. Just imagine, by learning a few mind/perspective tricks, thus inducing this higher brainwave frequency in our mind, we all can learn to see things (realities and entities) that others often see accidentally, when they just happen to coincidentally be in this higher frame of mind, called GAMMA.
