Andromeda Council: 11.11.11 & the facts about life as a 4th dimensional human

In an exclusive ExopoliticsTV interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre released Oct. 15, 2011 a self-described representative of the Andromeda Council, a reported galactic governance council whose membership consists of star systems and includes representation from the galactic governance council of our Milky Way Galaxy, discussed a wide-range of aspects of life of 4th dimensional humans in a 4th dimensional Earth, including: 4th dimensional food, sleep, adjusting to 4th dimensional life, infants and children, the aged, work, 4th dimensional money (there is none), education, marriage, sex, procreation, and gifts and abilities (including telepathy, telekinesis, transformation, and teleportation).

The Andromeda Council representative – Tolec – also released an October 15, 2011 statement entitled “Setting the Record Straight”, clarifying the nature and makeup of the Andromeda Council itself. “Setting the Record Straight” appears in full later in this article.
In a prior ExopoliticsTV interview the Andromeda Council representative stated that the process of our solar system’s and Earth’s transformation via dimensional shift to the 4th dimension is scheduled to accelerate starting in around October 15, 2011, and be completed by January 2014.

The Andromeda Council representative Tolec also released the Council’s perspective on the multidimensional function of 11.11.11 (Nov. 11, 2011).
Tolec states, “The official beginning of 4th dimensional energy will affect Earth’s solar system on 11.11.11 as it encounters the galactic equatorial plane region – as a universe & galactic wide harmonic frequency – will open and affect this whole area of space. The saturation of this higher frequency vibration will continue through all of 2012, reaching full strength during the time frame of December 2012, through March 2013 when the final rotation of the 90 degree shift of Earth’s crust happens with the present day East/West orientation of the continents moving into their new North/South orientation.
“These changes are expected to settle down throughout remaining 2013, and will begin the completion of this cycle by the end of October, winding down in December 2013.
“During this time every living thing from the largest to the smallest will be offered the opportunity to change, to evolve, into 4th dimensional life.
“It is expected Earth will begin to settle into its new 4th dimension vibration existence, its new 4D life, in January 2014. Yes, planet Earth will likely go through dramatic changes to get there. But these events as life changing they will be to both humans and all life on the planet… these changes are normal and necessary for this process. It is evolution.”
Statement: “Setting the Record Straight”
In his statement “Setting the Record Straight”, the Andromeda Council representative Tolec writes,
“For those people who are somewhat confused about some of the various exopolitical organizations in space, I am going to set the record straight.
“There are many ‘councils’, or aligned star systems & planets out in space. Many of them have visited Earth, continue to visit Earth, and have done far more than visit Earth… for years now. Each has its own interests and ‘agenda’.
“Therefore to provide clarity, I believe the below information will help. Please read it in its entirety. It will lay out the facts of the Andromeda Council’s highest & best interest in Earth, in humanity. There are some new facts here worth taking note of. Please pay close attention to “dates”, in terms of years. And of course, use your own inner guidance, your discernment as to how you feel when you read the below.
“The Andromeda Council
“The Andromeda Council (“the Council”) is an intergalactic governance body of affiliated star systems and planets. It is made up of worlds, people, and beings that are some 3rd and primarily 4th, 5th & 6th dimensional. Though of varying colors, sizes and races these people are very human, though in different stages of evolution. It is the predominant life form in the cosmos. There are twelve (12) senior chaired members of the Andromeda Council. “The Council itself has been organized for about: 20,000 years, as measured in Earth years.
“The Council itself is held responsible by its governing laws & mandates originally created, and amended when necessary, by its own member star systems & planets.
No other authority.
“The Council is very careful, and very prudent about the decisions & actions it takes. Its conduct is guided, measured, and adhered-to, by the highest degree of rigorous intergalactic standards, ethics, & protocols. Every decision it makes is very cautious and deliberate.
“Most important, it values the inherent sovereignty & freedom of all sentient intelligent life, including Earth humans. Which means it absolutely values humanity’s right, each person’s free will choice, to make decisions that are best suited… for his/her own growth and evolution.
Reasons for the Andromeda Council’s Continued Work on Earth – Since Winning the War in Space in Defeating the Draco & Hydra Reptilians and Orion Grey Alliance.
“The Council has been very busy, as evidenced by the work of our people from the Procyon star system since late August – using highly pin-pointed, highly focused sonic beams to destroy the underground bases & tunnel systems in Virginia, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and others, to clear out the remaining Reptilians & Greys on Earth. I, Tolec, have been saying this for six (6) straight weeks now. We are now also progressively working in other areas around your planet to clear out the remaining underground & undersea Reptilian & Grey operational bases. But, the area of the United States had the highest concentration of these malevolent beings. It needed to be addressed first. Job done.
