A Texas military veteran trained in surveillance and his wife report watching multiple objects in the sky over Lampasas that formed geometric shapes and left vapor trails before fading out at 6:45 p.m. on March 30, 2011, according to April 1, 2011, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

“My first thought was they were a group of missiles/rockets, then aircraft, then in unison they stopped in the sky roughly East South East(more east than south) of my position,” the witness stated. “At that point I was 100 percent sure I was not looking at at known conventional aircraft, balloons, birds or flares.”

The witness estimates the objects at 30,000 to 40,000 feet and possibly 10 to 20 miles away.

The witness described the scene.

“Appeared to fade out and reappear, forming geometric shapes. I believe the objects were reflecting light from the setting son. They all stayed in same patch of sky, 2, 3 or 5 would wander south a bit away from main group. then disappear and reappear in main group. As time went on there were less in the sky. Twelve down to 10 down to 7,6,5,4,3,2,1. Eventually all disappeared. I stayed and watched until all were gone. The show lasted about 20-25 minutes.”

Lampasas is a city in Lampasas County, Texas, population 6,786 – northwest of Houston. No images or videos were included with the report, which was filed with MUFON April 1, 2011. The above quotes were edited for clarity.
