CIA Teleportation Whistleblower Goes Public

Did a CIA jump room program from the early 1980’s teleport participants to the planet Mars or to "Synthetic quantum environments” (SQEs)? This is just one of the scientific questions to be addressed in a special Vancouver, B.C.-based ExoUniversity.org Seminar scheduled for Friday June 1, 2012 at 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm PDT.

During the live-streamed event, entitled "The Jump Room: Two participants discuss the CIA's Mars visitation program of the 1980s", Bernard Mendez (who is reportedly a former Assistant to the U.S. Presidency tasked to investigate the CIA's jump room program of the early 1980's) is expected to confirm the existence of the CIA program as the third whistleblower to go public on this issue.

More Than Photons

Public discussions of teleportation in mainstream science focus on reports of experiments where photons are “quantum teleported” distances of up to 143 kilometers. Research into this form of teleportation has reported application in the development of highly secure communications (such as those required to operate remote-controlled drone aircraft over American skies).

MSNBC quotes Technology Review in its report of how “Scientists have been teleporting photons since 1997, mostly across optics labs. Teleporting over larger distances, however, has proven difficult since the principle that makes this all work, known as quantum entanglement, breaks down in optical fibers.

“This changed in 2010 when a team of Chinese scientists teleported information 10 miles through the air. Earlier this month, Technology Review reported the Chinese team successfully shattered their own record by teleporting photons 60 miles across a lake with the aid of a laser.”

Macro-scale Events

In "quantum-leap"-like contrast with the information made public in mainstream media reports, the ExoUniversity Seminar will look beyond atomic-scale teleportation into historic macro or human-scale programs conducted in secret through an exploration of corroborated first-person witness testimony from multiple whistleblowers.

Confirming DARPA Project childhood participant and Washington State attorney Andrew D. Basiago, U.S. President Barack H. Obama, former U.S. chrononaut William B. Stillings, and former DARPA director Regina E. Dugan as participants in the reported secret CIA teleportation program is anticipated during the event as well.

The ExoUniversity Seminar will discuss an open scientific question - whether the destination of the CIA jump room programs was the planet Mars, or whether the CIA jump room actually teleported participants to "Synthetic quantum environments (SQEs) (or to both Mars and an SQE). 

In its written statement to the press, ExoUniversity describes Synthetic quantum environment (SQE) as “a term invented by Andrew D. Basiago to describe a fold in the time-space continuum in which the Grey extraterrestrials have established an artificial holographic planetary domain.”
