 Art Champoux has been an UFO investigator since 1964. He has worked with Ray Fowler, Walter Webb, John Keel, a lady that he can not name, and several different UFO groups. In the 1960s he was with APRO, CAPER, NIACP, then when APRO went out he was with NICAP and then APRO, Now he is with MUFON. The world of the paranormal has always fascinated him as even as a small boy he had some eerie happenings. His Great grandmother was a spirit medium so maybe he has inherited something. He is a hypnotist and has written for several publications and his leanings are much like John Keels. He beleives there is an ultra force, not from outer space, but much like John's and even Jaques Vallees' contention...we are but one dimension out of many that reign on this planet.

If you have read as many books as I have about UFOs (I have about 275 of them) and of the spirit world (I have about 50), then it is very difficult to differentiate between the two. They seem almost identical: the same eerie experiences but some seem to be religious and others other worldly.
Ghosts do not appear just in graveyards or haunted houses, some are seen in streets, during the daylight and even appear in windows and mirrors. UFO entities or extraterrestrials do the same!
Yes, some of these creatures are seen near spacecraft but some are not. The Andreasson Affair (controversial UFO abduction case) and other paranormal nighttime sightings occur for both ghosts and aliens. Some ghosts just walk away or through walls, doors and windows. So do "aliens."
In the town where I live there is a cemetery about eight miles from town, but folklore tells us the "ghost is hardly seen in the cemetery but usually in town in July!
Why would that be? Do they just 'pop' up where they want to. Do UFOs have anything to do with cemeteries? Just ask John Keel. His contention is that if you are near a cemetery on a Wednesday night in the summer or fall between 8-12pm you will have a better chance of seeing an UFO! He recounts many times that he and others have experienced this. So what do these the two different anomalies have in common? I don't know, but it sure does make me wonder.
