On the evening of Tuesday November 10, 1992, I had the pleasant surprise to be visited by Philippe, a resident of Mennecy, a village close to Corbeil-Essonnes in France. His wife Josianne had noticed on the front page of The Republican, a regional newspaper of the Essone, a headline entitled Extraterrestrial, which referred to a UFO story by the journalist Christian Porte on pages 8 and 9, and, where my address was published! ... This couple was not in the habit of buying this newspaper, but the cover had caught their attention!

This was the first strange coincidence, and there was more to come! My address appearing in the story lead Philippe to visit me.

On his visit, Philippe told me about his observation of a UFO on the famous evening of November 5, 1990, which he will never forget.

Indeed, on the evening of November 5, 1990, especially around 7 PM, France had a wave of UFOS!

In his report, which he gave me on November 10, 1992, he states: "Before that, I had never seen such a phenomenon. Besides, I had never been very interested in the subject [of UFOs]. All the same, I must say that the object which I did indeed see was neither a plane, nor a meteorite, nor a "Soviet" rocket or missle. I think that it is time that science tells us the truth about what is really going on. Thank you." It should be noted that Philippe is very familiar with our conventional aeronautical devices, since he was a professional military officer for several years in the paratroopers!

On the evening of November 5, 1990, Philippe and his friend, Sandrine, were returning from the private clinic of "Mousseaux" in Evry (Essone), where they had gone to visit Josianne, Philippe's wife, who had just that day delivered fraternal twin boys, Aurelien and Adrien. One child was fair-haired and the other was brown-haired! They were born in good health on November 5, 1990. I saw their identity cards. They came into the world between 12:15 and 12:30 AM, just after midnight.

Sandrine who drove the car, Philippe being a passenger seated on her right. They drove toward Mennecy, where they both live, and were travelling on D-153, parallel to the A6 motorway.

Arriving at the hill village of Lisses about 7:00 - 7:15 PM, they saw a strange "object" coming from their right. It was Philippe who was able to observe this mysterious object quite well, thanks to his position in the car. Philippe told me that it seemed "to be piloted" or "under good control."
