The extended chapter entitled "On the Trail of the 1947 Roswell UFO Crash" is of most interest to UFO devotees, although the book also details locations and stories related to the Wild West of Billy the Kid and early rocket experiments of Robert Goddard.

The author does not take sides in the UFO debate but clearly identifies and describes locations and characters involved in the Roswell Incident, as well as identifying today's attractions such as the UFO Museum, souvenir shops, and various competing crash sites.
